You will first have to make sure to connect the T9 thermostat to a Wi-Fi network and register it using the Resideo app. The phone with the app should also be connected to Wi-Fi or using mobile data when trying to control the thermostat remotely. - Maria

A:AnswerI would call Honeywell and ask. ( honeywellhome.com PHONE: 1-800-633-3991) It seems I read somewhere that it does not work everywhere. They are very good to call and may tell you which of their thermostats would be best for you to use.
