- Answer It may not be the device, but your computer preference settings. I almost returned it for same reason, but went into preferences and now I see the device on my computer. Hope this helps.

QuestionIs this something you HAVE to have for this tablet to work? I am just making sure because obviously I would need to get that too ASAP? But, if it is just an add on accessories I will not worry about that yet???? Thank you

QuestionIs this suppose to come with a sticker on the device thats white and says MAC ID : and then a couple of numbers. I have bought 2 already and both times I get an open box and a sticker on it as if its used and registered to a product id number already.

- Answer That mac id is the unique mac address for the ethernet port on the hub. All network devices are assigned a mac id.

- Answer It has the USB C hookup and works with my iPad Pro. As long as you have the correct dongle. If you have the lightening port you will need an adapter for USB C to lighting.

- Answer The hyper drive usb-c hub is specifically designed for C port plug in. I believe hyper drive, belkin and others make HUBs that will utilize the more common HSB plug On a personal note, this hub does work very well on the system I have, which only has C ports. Sorry I could not be of more assistance.

- Answer I think that the extension works with Wi-fi. It may allow you to plug in your computer but that is not what I use it for.
