A:AnswerYes it is possible I have the same problem my flip 3 came with a messed up battery it dies fast. I’m gonna have to buy a new battery which sucks big time.

A:AnswerReturn or call in for support, I had a different brand that did the same exact thing. They had me do a hard reset on it then the sent me a box to return it in. They sent me back a new one.
