A:AnswerThe problem with the headset is the charging port, they're EXTREMELY fragile. If you push the charging cable in to far, to hard, or upside-down (accidentally) it breaks the connection inside the USB port. If you wiggle the cable while plugged in to your earpiece you can cycle the power on and off. Unfortunately, they have to be sent back to LG to change the USB port. There are micro surface mount components mounted directly on top of the charging port and can't be soldered.
A:AnswerGo to the LG.com & click on the repair or live chat. You’ll have to send in at your cost despite it being defective. They offered to replace my 200 has-1100 pair with a hbs-920 $69. They did respond in les than a week with replace options
A:AnswerLike you know this is apple product and always work better with apple. But I have friends with Samsung and lg and use the air pods and work well
A:AnswerAny of the LG headphones I've bought seem to do this. They disconnect randomly, they say 'out of range' when phone is right next to me. I have reset mine several times. This seems to be a flaw with LG lately.
A:AnswerNo...and yes it is bright especially if you have light sensitive eyes...(which I also do)..I would hide them under my bed at night while they were charging :(
