A:AnswerIt came with an ethernet cable (yellow), a power cord, and a phone cord, but not the coaxial cable cord. I have been very happy with the performance of the unit.
A:AnswerI ran both devices together for the past several years. Had minimal issues. As a habit, I would reboot both devices once every week. This would help clear out errors coming from Xfinity onto the modem. I did have a deadspot in my home using the RAXE500. I purchased the RAX80 extender to resolve the coverage issue. I recently purchased the RS700 Router to replace the RAXE500. The coverage is better and no longer need the RAX80 Extender.
A:AnswerI am not aware of any restrictions between any router and modem. Some modems have wifi which you would want to bridge to use the router wifi. This modem does not have wifi so not an issue. Other than that I don't believe there are other connectivity concerns. Of course you want to be sure the modem works with your cable service.
