Q: QuestionCan I use my own cleaning solution for mopping?

• A:Answer Hello, Thanks for your question. It's only suggested to add Roborock cleaning solution into the water tank. Different cleaning solution varies in formulation and it may potentailly damage the water tank. Moreover, the bubbles made by chemical substance in cleaner may cause the mopping feature to malfunction.

Q: QuestionHow is it managing long hair if it’s all over the carpet? Is it able to suck it out, or hair just rolling over the brush so you need to clean it manually?
