QuestionPurchased switch and after adjusting the power on order and delay, it works using my Harmony 655. But, I can't get the power down sequence working. The switch box won't turn off, even with it's remote. But if I try 15 min later it will turn off. Ideas?

QuestionWill this work I want to send the signal from my Time Warner Dig. TV set top box to two different TV's, doesn't have to be simultaneously. I can switch back and forth. I'm just sick of paying an additional $10 per month for the extra set top box.

- Answer No. This has 1 output and 4 inputs. You need an hdmi splitter not an hdmi switch.

QuestionAnyway to reverse this? I just got this, and plan on keeping it, but what I really need, is pretty much the complete opposite. 1 Input, and 4 outputs and selecting where I want the signal to go. My PSVR doesn't allow hdr pass thru, from ps4 pro.

QuestionWill this unit work with ROKU Ultra and ChromeCast Ultra? I need to switch between ROKU Ultra and the ChromeCast Ultra. Both of these units are 4K compatible so the Rocketfish also needs to be 4K (UHD) compatible.

- Answer It only accepts HDMI inputs, doesn't have any other input options available. If your cable box doesn't have an HDMI port, it's not going to work with this, unless you can find some kind of cable that has your connections on one end, and HDMI on the other.

QuestionI have a new Vizio 4k tv. I have directv and an old Toshiba dvd vcr combo recorder. I was able to use a splitter with my old tv to use the dvd vcr but now I don't have a way to hook up my coaxial to the new tv. I tried the HDMI cable. What now?

- Answer In my experience with similar problems, the only way I found was to feed the cable to the TV or VCR directly and split all other signals. No HDMI splitter I tried would transmit the Brighhouse or Frontier cable signals. Most likely a proprietary protection of some type.

- Answer I'm no pro, just a consumer like you. Try plugging it into a good surge protector that filters power line noise. That may make it run like it should. Just a guess.

- Answer 4K compatible cables all around. As soon as you put a junky cable in the mix nothing will work. (Weakest link in the chain).

- Answer Your Xbox One X will continue to display in 4K on your 4K TV. If your cable box is capable of displaying 4K images, then you wont have a problem.

- Answer I believe the ps4 pro, has a converter that will allow you to use the hdmi in rocketfish. The ROCKETFISH IS VERY TOUCHY AND IT DOESNT WORK WITH A LOT OF THINGS, GOOGLE IT.

QuestionJust bought a Samsung Q7 4K. I also bought a Samsung 4K blue ray. I can only watch the blue ray in 1080. Any higher and the screen goes black after 30 seconds. Then it pops up source not found. Tried 4 times with the same problem occurring.

QuestionWhy isn't the Roku 2 working? I received the message HDCP Error, yet every cable is new and HDMI. bought the G1185 device but got the HDCP Error code, went back to Best Buy and the sales rep said the Roku2 needs the 4K Ultra HD/HDR compatible, same error?

- Answer Maybe you have an older cable or incompatible tv. Or output and input is messed up. Other than a possibly faulty switch this should work with most any hdmi setup unless you are getting into stuff at 4k or 5k over 50hz
