A:AnswerThe new RF4287HARS four-door French Door is not available in counter depth at this time. If counter depth is very important to you, perhaps you'd like to consider Samsung's RFG237AARS. Though it does not have the "fourth" drawer, it does have our Cool Select Pantry Drawer which has three independent settings: Deli, Fresh and Chilled. Like the RF4287, the RFG237 also has Samsung's Twin Cooling Plus System, to help keep food fresh longer, LED lighting, EZ Open Handle on the freezer drawer and through the door ice and water dispenser.

A:AnswerThank you for your interest in the new RF4287HARS French Door. Samsung recommends leaving at least 1" of clearance on each side, and 2" above and behind this refrigerator to allow sufficient air flow for the cooling system to work properly. This will help reduce power consumption and keep your energy bills lower.

A:AnswerThanks for the question! The Flex Zone Drawer capacity is not included in either the refrigerator or the freezer's dimensions, but is 4.0 cubic feet on its own, bringing the total capacity to 28 cubic feet.

A:AnswerI'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with the water pressure. Samsung recommends a supplied water pressure of 20~125 psi. Under normal conditions, a 170 cc (5.75 oz.) cup can be filled in 10 seconds. If your water dispenser is not filling a cup that quickly, try removing the water filter and filling a glass to determine whether the filter is the culprit. Samsung does not recommend operating your water or ice dispenser without a water filtration system, since unfiltered water could lead to issues in the water lines. Therefore, if the water filter is contributing to the low water pressure, please replace the filter with a new one.
In addition to checking your water filter and the supplied water pressure, be sure the water line is connected properly, the water valve is fully open, and there are no kinks in the water line.
Thank you for the question,
Ms. Samsung
A:AnswerI cannot tell you whether this model is available to you in Europe, or what it would cost to import it. I would suggest contacting Best Buy to determine whether they can service transactions in the UK, or contact Samsung's UK division to determine whether this model is available there. Please keep in mind that the RF4287HARS made for the US market is rated for 110V electrical service, so compatibility with UK power supply may also be an issue.
We appreciate your interest in Samsung!

A:AnswerThanks for the question. I'm sorry to hear your filter didn't come with the Performance Data Sheet. This document is generally available only with the new filter. I've attached a scanned image in different formats for your reference, though the file size restrictions for uploading to this site may make it difficult to read.

A:AnswerI'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your water dispenser. There are a number of factors that can affect the flow of water, including the water pressure in your home, as well as whether the lines are kinked or the filter is clogged. If the repair man suggested an issue with the length of the water line, it's possible that the line is not supplying sufficient pressure to the fridge. Perhaps your previous refrigerator had a different pressure requirement than the 20-125 psi required for the RF4287HARS to function properly.
At the recommended 20-125 psi water pressure, a 6 oz glass of water should dispense in about 10 seconds. If yours is slower than this, please check to make sure the water valve is turned on all the way and the lines are free of bends or kinks that could obstruct flow. Try bleeding air from the lines by dispensing 5-6 gallons of water. If, after air is removed, the water is still coming out slow or inconsistently, try removing the filter temporarily. If water dispenses correctly without the filter, then you may need to replace the filter cartridge with a new one. Though the filter usually needs to be replaced after about 6 months, it may need to be replaced sooner depending on usage and water purity. Be sure to bleed the air from the lines each time you replace the filter since air pockets could affect water flow to both the dispenser and the icemaker.
I hope this helps to resolve the issue. If not, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG for additional assistance.
Thank you,
Ms. Samsung
