QuestionXfinity swapped out my router and ensured all my devices were properly connected with the password etc. I forgot to have them check the printer/fax WF 3620. It cant connect to the computer (a Dell). Would a $40 remote support fee work for this?

QuestionDo you do Remote service on Chromebooks ? I have 5 mo old Acer Chrome Book attached with a (BestBuy USB Cable) to a HP 4100e printer. The printer works fine. Problem -This Acer WILL NOT TRANSFER DATA TO PRINTER.

QuestionI contacted the Geek Squad to help fix my printer. They fixed it quickly. Turns out I should of told them my Echo(Alexa) was not working, will not connect to the internet. I hate to pay another 100 bucks to help with my Echo. Is there any alternative?
