QuestionHi I purchased the sub and have tried several times to connect it. Whether it be through auto or manual connection. I reset my a7000 sound bar. Unplugged the sub and still doesn’t connect. It only blinks green a couple times then flashes red everytime.

- Answer I had a problem with synching, too. You must Download the BRAVIA CONNECT app on your phone. It will allow you to synch it right away.

- Answer Hi John, Thanks for inquiring about the SA-SW5. Unfortunately, no. It doesn't have terminals for speaker wires. This wireless subwoofer uses a radio frequency and is designed to be paired with our HT-A9 Home Theater System, HT-A7000, HT-A5000, HT-A3000, and HT-S2000 Soundbars. In addition, the A95L does not have a subwoofer output, so a subwoofer cannot be connected to the TV directly. A recommended option is to add a soundbar that includes a wireless, powered subwoofer or have an amplifier or AV receiver that has a dedicated subwoofer connection to use with our A95L. Also, if you want to get a true audio-visual experience that draws you right into everything you're watching, adding the XV800 or XV900 to the TV lets you enjoy the enhanced sound of audio visual contents, such as live performance videos and movies, thanks to deep bass and room filling sound provided by the TV Sound Booster. QuestionHello I just purchased the soundbar and it connected just fine. It is all set up ready to go, was wondering how you may get the volume up a bit more ? The remote volume is all the way up and night mode is off.

- Answer I had the same problem in the beginning. Mine is hooked up to Sony a80l. I reset it again and set it up again and it finally worked. Now it works fine with the TV. I do keep the remote speakers on high though.

- Answer Hello It is dimmer button on remote, i als have accidentally hit this button an turned of green light on my rear speakers and subwoofer. Try press dimmer button, therer 3 options bright,dark and off. Hope this helps

QuestionMy subwoofers has bad distortion and rattles. I thought it was blown and warrantied it and the new one is just as bad. The subwoofer is in the same place where Geek Squad set it up at. Please help.

To resolve this issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps below: If there is a device nearby that generates electromagnetic waves, such as a wireless LAN or a microwave oven in use, locate the subwoofer and a compatible model apart from it. If there is an obstacle between the subwoofer and a compatible model, move or remove it. Locate the subwoofer and a compatible model as close as possible. Change the [RF Channel] setting to [Off], and then change to [On] again. Switch the network connection of the TV or Blu-ray Disc player from wireless to wired. Change the [Wireless Playback Quality] setting to [Connection]. - Answer I had the same issues with my rear speakers, if you go into your soundbar settings you can turn the default volume up on each individual channel
