“Filter won't lock in place I am replacing a used filter with the same filter type I used last time, but I can't get it to lock in place. I didn't notice anything unusual when I removed the used filter, but the replacement won't seat. The O rings slip into the receptical, but the receptical doesn't recede into the housing so nubs can slip into thier nooks and lock---the filter continually turns clockwise. I don't want to use too much force pushing the receptical into the housing, but nothing is moving with reasonable pressure. Could something have slipped out of place within the housing? We have had the refrigerator 1 year and 1 month! This is the third time I have replaced the filter, and the first time I have had any problem.”
