A:AnswerYes chilled. It may not help you but the instruction manual is printed in Mexico. I took a magnifying glass to the label inside but still no clue where it is made. They must ashamed to tell you so obviously not “Made in USA”.
A:AnswerThere are several things. One, a water connection line stored in the crisper. Two, A manual with a wrench for the door hinge bolts and a T shaped rubber spacer used to space the door gap. Other than that nothing else is needed.

A:AnswerI can make several statements and questions that that may actually propose new questions. 1) The manufacturer states what the cubic footage criteria is of the product. I am no different than you in that I often come up with the same findings on any and all products including refrigerators and freezers. One would have to question a) is the refrigerator actually equivalent; b) one would have to believe the manufacturer when they state the cubic footage as accurate; c) I have never measured the interior of a refrigerator inside to verify the accuracy of the stated criteria. 2) The dimensions you gave are very close and are measured as outside dimensions; however, the larger cubic footage stated unit is app. 3 inches deeper. Has interior design size been altered to create what appears to be more storage? 3) Each manufacturer makes so many models with different criteria that the units listed above might not be the equivalent of each other. 4) With the latter said, I have found that most of the refrigerators today are made by the same company; just with different names on them. Example; Whirlpool manufacturers Kitchen Aide. The Kitchen Aide counter depth design is totally different but has similar exterior dimensions. The storage appears to increased but the cubic footage all appears to be in the 20-21 cubic foot range. I do not know of too many counter depth refrigerators today with with 23+ cubic feet?

A:AnswerIt should fit a 36 inch opening. Mine was so close at 36 in. and the Quartz was not cut perfectly straight and they had to come out and shave it down. I have 3/16 on one side and 1/8 on the other side. It still slides in and out fine.
