A:AnswerHello Jerkyl! We are terribly sorry to hear about your concern. We would recommend contacting Whirlpool® at 800-253-1301. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8 AM - 8 PM and Wednesday through Friday 9 AM - 7 PM. They will be better able to assist you.
A:AnswerSally, all appliances that we manufactured are approved by the Consumer Product Safety Commission before they are sold for private home use. Ranges and ovens are no exception to this rule, and can become quite hot when in use. We always recommend taking care when using any appliance to avoid any possible burns, especially when children are around.
A:AnswerI figured out clock right away, not complicated. There is a time/temp button you press, then an arrow to set your minutes for however long, and arrows to go up or down in minutes. There is a bake button to push to start oven on preheat, push time/temp button to set temperature and use same arrows to go up or down for temperature you want. All easy after a few uses. Not a high-end complicated model, but a nice quality model with mostly features you'd use daily. That's what Whirlpool specializes in.
A:AnswerGreat question Vicki. We are attaching a link to the warranty page which should answer all of your questions moving forward. https://www.whirlpool.com/content/dam/global/documents/201907/warranty-w11333073-w.pdf
A:AnswerHi Bri, the amps required is 40. Some appliances have the option for a 3-prong or 4-prong cord togo with it. Please use the link listed below for further assistance. Thank you.

A:AnswerSo I did what Best Buy said and referred to the manual and the height of the range is 46 7/8s. All other ranges list this height verses the measurement to the cooktop at 36", so it should be changed.
A:AnswerFloor to cooktop surface. Mine is almost counter top height. Back part with controls is about another 9" above counter. It does fit very close to back wall.
