A:AnswerIt actually won't allow you in the app. You can click on cancel membership and it makes you either chat (17 min wait, plus longer as I was "next in line" for ages as well) or call and talk to someone. Just another business requiring auto-renew and obstacles for cancelation in order to put their bottom line above the customers needs.
