Damage return, no joy on sale price!

Best Buy would not honor the sale price at the time of the new unit with no open boxes available, even though they said they would..and they had cancelled my order because no open box available but did not tell… Bad Best Buy! Bad Best Buy!

Poor Quality; Won’t Last a Year

But by Aug 2025 the screen has started flickering and the screen quality drastically dropped. I’ve tried new HDMI and Display Port cables, a new power supply, did a factory reset, and nothing has helped. I would not recommend this monitor. It’s not worth the hassle to send it off for repair and I’m already looking for something new. Sometimes cheapest isn’t always the best.

Dead pixels everywhere again

Seems to be a very common issue here. Returning this and gonna try a different brand this time.

I am used to curved monitors but bought this for my home office to supplement my 3 other monitors. Did not like it at all. If you use curved you will not like this.
