    SAVE TIME AND SANITY: GEEK SQUAD HOME INSTALL

    Sony 65" BRAVIA XR A95L OLED 4K UHD Smart Google TV Model #XR65A95L I opted for Home Installation. Brian and Manny from Best Buy just left. While they were busy with the install, I was able to prop-up my feet and get my own work done [see photo]. I highly recommend Best Buy’s HOME INSTALL. While it may seem like an unnecessary ‘extra’ on top of what you’re already shelling out for a new [insert your product name here], it has always saved me time, money, and my sanity. Heck, for those of us with high blood pressure Home Install might even save our life *wink* I don’t know about you, but vague instructions, misaligned holes, or missing parts can really ‘test my patience’ even on a good day :-) Even though I AM technically savvy, the peace of mind I get with Home Install ($99+/-) is priceless: two highly knowledgeable installers transport, handle, hang, and program our TV. I don’t have to worry about dropping it, cracking the highly sensitive screen, pieces not fitting properly, missing parts, or reading allll of the instructions on how to program it or how to add/pair additional remotes. I know it will get done right and get done quickly — very quickly. As always. With Home Install NONE OF THAT IS YOUR CONCERN (oh look, there’s my smile!). If the item breaks/gets damaged during transport or install Best Buy’s got it covered, which is nice to know given smartTVs have such highly sensitive screen surfaces. And they always send two techs, making install super quick. They were done in about 20 minutes, which included unboxing, taking down the old 73” flatscreen, hanging the new tv, hooking-up the new tv, programming it, pairing the Roku remote, showing me some of the Sony remote functions, and removal of the packaging if you don’t wish to keep it. When they left they said I could contact them any time if I had any Qs or issues. Who knew that’d be just two minutes later, after they’d just left for their next appointment? I sent them a frantic text and they offered to come back when done with their current install (thank you!). Even though it was getting late, they drove back out and fixed the issue (a simple conflict with our home audio setup which they diagnosed in about 30 seconds!). Two minutes after arriving they were back out the door, and we had an amazing, quality tv that worked. Simply put, Geek Squad Home Install removes all of the anxiety while saving me time.

    When my TV started to malfunction, the helpful tech diagnosed my problem in minutes over the phone. It was decided that my TV was beyond economical repair, and they would refund the full purchase price. That took a few minutes and they issued me a gift card on the spot via email. Will by a protection policy on all future TV's purchased at Best Buy. Would rate the whole process with 5+ Stars. *****

    Geek Squad Saves the Day!

    I recently had an issue with the TV I had purchased last year the required me to contact the Geek Squad to schedule an in home diagnostic appointment. Not only were the men who came out here were professional but they were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and just a delight to deal with but when they determined that the TV had basically died they were also more than competent when aiding in the process of obtaining a new one and coming back again to deliver, remove the old set and installing a brand new set that works even better than our previous set. They made the entire process as smooth, painless, and stress free far beyond than I have ever experienced before.

    The TV works fantastically and is a TREMENDOUS upgrade from our at least 10 year old TV. I bought this for my parents as a Christmas gift, 6 months in it is working GREAT. The video quality is stunning and they couldn’t be happier. I made sure to grab a Geek Squad protection plan too, just to be safe. Totally worth the money.

    I love the picture on this tv, and the size is perfect for a small bedroom. The picture clarity is better than the Toshiba that I had purchased. The only problem I’m having is that the tv will turn off every time I leave the room for ten minutes. That’s probably fixable in the setting somewhere . So far seems like a nice tv for the price which was very reasonable.

    I looked around a lot of different stores and Best Buy lived up to their name. It was the best buy I could find and it’s a great TV 85 inch TCL very good picture good sound the guys that delivered. It were a very friendly and efficient so I would definitely recommend Best Buy if you’re looking for a good deal. Probably going to find the best deal there

    Perfect for my bedroom. I also connect a digital antenna to it to use to access local channels and to also when internet is unavailable. Perfect picture. Alexa is a bonus.

    I haven’t used my Geek Squad protection plan for my TV yet, but I have used it handfuls of times for my car subwoofer. It has saved me so many times. I had no idea that car subs only last a couple years if that. I’ve had my car sub replaced around 4 or 5 times because they just stop working and bite the dust. Geek squad has fixed and replaced it without issues, but my only complaint is I have to repurchase the warranty every single time the unit gets replaced. So if it just so happens to be damaged beyond repair, you will have to repurchase the warranty once replaced. I’m over all satisfied enough with my geek squad experience that I purchased the protection plan with my TV. It’s great for peace of mind, and it’s nice having all the protection plan information through the app, it makes it a lot easier.

    The guys come to install my amazing Samsung tv the frame. They was very nice and friendly, I was 2 min away, so they just waited for me, and I was very thankful for that. They did everything nice and the work was amazing, the only thing is that the cable still out of the wall. And this Tv supposed to be an “art”. I really don’t like the cable out. But they say it’s not up to then to put the cable inside the wall. Don’t make sense for me.

    Great tv with serious chipset flaws

    Tv is excellent in almost every regard EXCEPT that is does not do 4k120 with dolby vision without reducing the vertical resolution and it can NOT send lpcm audio through the earc port meaning no proper surround sound from any gaming system, even the nintendo switch. Only way is to route your system to a reciever 1st and then to the tv but if youre using a reciever without hdmi 2.1 and a ps5/xsx you will lose image quality and not be able to handle 4k120 or perhaps even 4k60hdr. The picture i attached shows the digital audio out setting that has to constantly be messed with the even get sound to play.

    I can't be more pleased with the service I received. The techs were professional and knowledgeable about the TV and the entire mounting process. They handled my TV with care and pay close attention to the details. They did a great job, no wires just clean lines. My TV actually looks like a picture on the wall!!

    Toshiba at the very least is a satisfactory electronics company but it doesn’t have the excellent record of Samsung or LG Electronics. So…to protect myself I got the Geek Squad warranty.

    Loving this TV! I use it as a computer monitor. I have 567 hours invested in use so far. I cant find anything wrong. I returned my C2 due to extreme flickering (but could be a result of a rtx 3080) I bought this C3 with the RTX 4080 and to be honest, Once you go Oled you dont go back. The colors and everything is just so vivid! 1499 nits of brightness with HDR on. 4k 120hz. It is just epic,

    I just bought a Roku TV a few weeks ago and my kids love it.. and I was very satisfied with my experience when purchasing with a lady named Nicole. She answered all of my questions in detail and even gave me answered before I even knew to ask them. By far the BEST customer service I’ve had in a while.

    Only warrenty that im aware of that covers the dreaded Burn-in on Oled televisions. After dealing with it on a prior tv without having the warrenty, i wont do it again! Peace of mind for the next 5 years!
