I really enjoyed it and pulled the trigger on another one for dual screens. Got the second one all mounted and wired up to discover a dead pixel in the center of the screen. Exchanged it at the store for the same model, only to discover that one, too, had a dead pixel. Third time turned out to be the charm. Aside from those technical issues, the monitors are great!

I was on the computer and the screen went black then came back a few times. The next time I restarted the computer and it quit coming on all together. I am squinting as I write this review from my cell phone since I have no way to use the computer. Glad I hadn't thrown out the box yet. Should have just stuck with my little 19 inch. Some monitor is better than none.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased this product, and was really enjoying having 2 27 inch monitors. It is spring cleaning time, and i moved my monitors from my desk to the floor, but eventually i needed to move them to a safer spot because i was moving things around, so i laid them on my couch and they were leaning on the fluffy pillows. after done cleaning, i hooked everything back up and bam a small crack on the bottom right of the screen internally. This is most fragile monitor, and probably the most fragile tech equipment that i own. Called Acer they do not offer any repairs, so now i'm stuck with a 27 inch useless monitor. I own a Visio 19 inch screen LCD that i brought to Afghanistan, and has been to multiple Fobs, and still made it back to the states. Guess who will never buy a Acer product again? Seriously, if you have bought it, or thinking about buying it do not ever move it once you installed it i guess its good that my other couch pillow didn't harm my second monitor.

For example - VGA to VGA. This monitor does not have a USB port . If you have to connect it to a new laptop that only has USB, it wont work with everything. For example, it will lock up a VPN session. I called ACER. They said that they will not support their monitor unless its directly connected (ie. no adaptor - VGA to USB), will not support their monitor with LENOVO laptops, will not support this monitor for Windows 10. If you plan use any of this hardware, software, or apps (especially VPN), don't buy this monitor.

Turned out that was a bad idea. The picture quality was very noticeably washed out. Any adjustments that i attempted didnt work, No matter which input i tried. If you're not picky about picture quality and will mainly use this to view spreadsheets it's fine. If you plan to use this for video consumption look elsewhere.
