I needed to replace a monitor, which was still under warranty. The customer service rep who helped me was courteous and efficient and absolutely pleasant to deal with. The replacement arrived within a week and now works perfectly.

I bought this after a pricier name brand monitor caused so many problems with my work computer that it took all day for the IT guy to restore and reinstall everything. This plugged in and worked perfectly and has a great picture. The bonus is that it was a great price-much cheaper than the first one.

Main issue is that Best Buy lists this as "Height Adjustable Stand" and it definitely isn't, it is a fixed stand with only tilt adjustment. This is a VA panel, make sure you understand the difference between that and more common IPS technology. The brightness and contrast on this monitor are not impressive. However it did serve its purpose of being a cheap monitor in a volatile market, so if it werent for the mistaken listing of having an adjustable stand, I would have given it 4 stars. This was not purchased as a gaming monitor so I cant comment on refresh rate or motion blur.

For a good resolution this is the ticket. I know there are better but if you just use it for and some gaming then this does the job.

Not the fanciest monitor money can buy - but has worked perfect for me. Good clarity, resolution, brightness, etc. The only problem is the stand is funky in that it is not adjustable and defaults to a 'point down' orientation - forcing the user to put it on a very high desk or put a book under it so the screen is eye level. Overall - still pleased for the price and quality.

I bought 2 monitors for work, my job ended up giving us laptops for when we work from home. But I still use my desktop set up for school work and the other monitor I plug into my laptop for work. The screens are the perfect size and the display is great.

I bought this two years ago with my tax return of that year and let me preface this by saying that I was not at all in the slightest tech savvy as I am now, but I would 100% buy this monitor again. Not only is it a comfortable fit for my eyes, but it runs very smooth and has an amazing refresh rate that makes gaming easy for me!

Great resolution color spectrum and above all, wxcellent price

I bought this monitor for my property manager so he could use it to view the security cameras for my building. The picture is very clean and crisp and works good for my use. Just note it does not have speakers or an audio in connection to hook up speakers. I would recommend this monitor.

Bought this screen for my company. It seems to be very good quality and has very little bezle making it more appealing. Also the quality for the screen was impecible with some decent yet modest resolution. Would recommend for gaming if needed and for watching videos or doing work in a company.

The Acer monitor was the perfect answer to my problem with a much older smaller one. I am very happy with the monitor's size, brightness and low weight. It is certainly making my computer experience that much more enjoyable. Kudos to Best Buy for carrying this brand monitor at a reasonable price and for quickly informing me what Best Buy store in my vicinity I could pick up this monitor immediately.
