The Squad showed up exactly on time and were very well organized. They explained everything very well and work with us to get the right mounting location and height. The installation was done very well and the connections were all done and dressed for minimum sight descending from the TV.

I highly recommend the TV Mounting Service from the Geek Squad. They were professional and knowledgeable. The service saved me a ton of time and I know it is set up right the first time. I wish I asked more questions about how to use the remote control. So, write down your questions.

I had a good experience with my installer of a TV on my fire place. However, I was upset that I had a consultation with a geek squad member and was pleased to know that I would be able to mount the TV on the wall and no visible cords. But when the installer came it was brought to my attention that they couldn't mount the TV the way the consultant promised me. I was upset. However how the installer was able to install the TV was great. I am not able to see the cords anymore even though I know where they are.

The tech could not hook up the one I originally bought which is the one I wanted to use. He did however have one in his truck he could sell me

Had Geek Squad mount a 70" and 55" TV for me. At first I was uncomfortable with the price, but wanted help with mounting such large tvs. They did an amazing job! They even cleaned my tvs when finished! It was worth every cent! Tvs look and work wonderfully!

These guys are awesome. They remove an old TV mount and installed the new one and the new TV quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up everything and showed us everything about the mount and TV.

When they come to install your product a lot of time there's other fees and hidden fees and extra fees that they don't tell you about

What is there to say about a TV mount. It works. You can't see it. Not sure how any of them would be all that different

I had a question if a 75" TV could be mounted on the wall? I have no more doubts or questions. The young men did a great job. It went up fast and easy and exactly right on the wall. Great Job!!!!!

I have a 70 inch TV which I wanted to mount on a fire place. I got the geek squads to instal. Because I wanted to use a full motion mount, I thought it necessary to use some professional assistance. The work was neatly done although there was drilling, there wasn't any dirt on the floor. The only problem I had was booking a call out service. I had to wait over a month!

THe guys that came out were very professional they did a very good job installing and cleaning up. the in wall power kits were a great addition. i would recommend geek squad install every time

They did a greet job mounting and setting up my tv. No wires showing and they hooked into my new marantz receiver. I went through a magnolia store and their knowledge and service was great.

The two technitions were the best. Dakota and Justin are real professionals who not only know what they are doing but care about the quality of the installation and customer satisfaction

I paid for my wires to get hidden but they still show other than that service was good

The Geek Squad guys were great. They asked me where I wanted it on the wall and took their time installing and also made sure there was no mess on the floor. They did a great job!

2 installers showed up in the allotted time window and did a good job of installing and cleaning up behind them selves. One also stayed behind to educate me on the TV.

Tech was cool .but I feel i was over charged for HDMI cables and the way they hooked it up also my optical cable port on my 55inch is all loose .can't prove it but I know Stuyvesant broke before tech started hooking up all the cables ......I love best buy but will call Amazon home devices next time to mount Tv

The people who did this work were fine and did their job professionally, however, all they had to do was unbox the TV and hang it on the wall mount that was already on the wall. Then they plugged the HDMI that I had already run thru the wall into the port and the job was done. Would do it myself if I had it to do over.
