Geek Squad installed quickly and easily ... looks great on our Board Room wall and allows for easy connection of other components to back of television

These Geek squaders really did a fantastic job with my install. They were very helpful, and very knowledgeable. They even set up my universal remote.

My 65" Oled TV was set up in minutes, and the Geek squad also mounted my kitchen 32" LED set on a moveable bracket with excellent placement.

Great service... having purchased a very large 75" TV, I thought it would be better to ha e it professionally mounted and didn't regret the decision at all!

Geek Squad did a fine job. We got a new TV for the media room and had them move the one that was there to a new location. Everything went smoothly.

Moved existing TV from wall to pedestal mount, connected different components, reprogrammed Harmony Remote and everything works great.

Tech came prepaired with the correct tools and parts to do the job. Had to remove old mount and drill new holes and cleaned up as he went along.

I will never use this service again if I'm not guranteed "Geek Squad" to be the service provider. READ THE REVIEWS. Geek Squad installation has great reviews. Third party contractor Dir_ct TV awful reviews and now I know why. They arrived on time is about the best I can say. As soon as the person in charge introduced himself he immediately let me know they still had 3 other installs to do the same afternoon. Below is just a summary without going into much detail as it was to painful to experience. -Didn't read the instructions. - Didn't have the tools and accessories required to perform the installation. - Didn't pre-drill as per instructions causing unnecessary holes and damaged a mounting wood support. -Didn't finish the job and I wasn't going to ask them to based on what they did do. -They said my mounting bracket was crooked. As mentioned they didn't read the mount's instructions NOR the 65 inch Tv's instructions. I guided them through the whole process. I had to urge them to do what I told them. I read all the instructions several times. -Mess, they didn't clean anything up. -Finger/palm prints all over the TV screen. - I also purchased the "Connect" service. They weren't even going to do it until I told them can you Please Turn the TV on and make sure it at least works. And basically that's all they did. I spent an hour on the phone with Cable Service and ISP provider just to get basic functions working. The assistant should have been in charge. He wanted to do things the correct way. He made an attempt to read the directions and couldn't as his supervisor proceeded to work without him. The assistant even got upset and had to go outside to chill out. I can just imagine what a disaster it could have been if I would have asked one of my adult children or friend to instruct them where to install the mount and tv. Had it not been for all the work I did including additional supports, reading the instructions with Special Notices in BOLD PRINT to follow, and as mentioned lack of tools and supplies which I furnished a disaster was avoided. The mount and tv at minimum would have been off-center, out of balance, and more holes would have been drilled. Read the reviews and only use if you are guaranteed a GEEK SQUAD installer.

The 2 guys that came out were professional and did an amazing job. Made sure everything was good and expained everything to me. Worth the money!

I like the mounting. I would NEVER have installed it myself. The Best Buy person who installed it was GREAT. We're just not sure if it tilts. lol

Two people from the Geek Squad wall mounted my 65" TV with the wires behind the wall. The guys were very professional and did and excellent job.

The Geek Squad team were very professional. They Installed the wall mount with ease and accuracy then they cleaned up after installation.

When you have so much equipment... speakers, cable box, headphones, etc., it's a challenge to neatly set it up. The Geek Squad did a stellar job!
