Very nice and charming person easy to talk to works quickly

This was my first time upgrading an auto stereo system and had a lot of questions. Manny was awesome in helping me through the process and making the experience as easy as possible - everything from ordering the equipment and picking it up at a local BestBuy to find a suitable time for the install. In fact, when the original appointment at another BestBuy location had to be canceled, Manny stepped in and made time to squeeze us into his schedule. When I needed to make a follow-up visit to tweak one of the equipment, he was able to promptly provide the support we needed even though it was very close to closing time. All-in-all, it was an excellent experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend Manny and the Secaucus store.

Purchased a new radio for my vehicle and went with Best Buy because they had the radio I wanted, were comparable in price with Crutchfield, and the install was free. Saved me the hassle. They scheduled and 1-2 hours to do it but since I was the only vehicle in the shop at the time, two employees worked on it and got it done in about 45 minutes! It was a clean install and everything worked fine. The only problem was they did not tell me how to set up the bluetooth. (The settings option on the radio was not available.) I had to go to the website to read the detailed instructions to find out that I needed to engage the emergency brake a few times to get the settings option to pop up. Easy enough once I new what to do. Other than that, great job.

Very professional and cordial staff. Unfortunately it took double the quoted time and the stereo placement with the new bezel was so badly misaligned that i just couldnt live with it. I didnt get the response from the staff that i needed when i brought up the badly placed stereo. I had no faith that they would be able to fix it so i took it to a local stereo store where they fixed it immediately.

I'm rating this with 3 stars because I was charged with this installation twice once with bestbuy online and again when I scheduled the installation. The best thing about this is Marcus B. saw thus and corrected it. I deeply thank Marcus for correcting this.

Done quicker than expected abd everything was clean and looked good. Works as expected.

I don’t know the guys name who did mine, but he’s was the kind of guy you knew immediately was good at his job and there wouldn’t be any issues. Sure enough, 90 min later I left with a perfectly flush, new stereo and a pair of new speakers. Six weeks later, no issues at all. So yea, I would highly recommend this service if they’re all like him.

Very helpful. Arrive on time. Most knowledgeable, went the extra mile to make sure all was well organized and showed and explained everything to me. Very friendly and most helpful, I love how he color coded all my connections so it is easier for me to find and see what goes where.

The team made me feel valued and were notifing me about the process along the way of installation.

Jay was so helpful and did a great job with my backup camera and radio install! He took time after installing it to go over all of the features and helped me with setting up the Bluetooth. He took his time on it, and it looks great. I recommend getting services done here!

Great service, now our Winnebago Outlook RV from 2006 has an up to date radio with ApplePlay, no need for additional monitor for the backup camera.

I had my in-dash master unit installed somewhere else and it didn't work right. I went to Best Buy and the technician reinstalled the unit. He was very professional and straightened out all of the problems. He connected XM to the existing factory antenna, moved the phone microphone so there wasn't feedback, and got the steering wheel controls working. I am very happy with the service that I got.

I had a Subaru factory car stereo whose Bluetooth connection always had issues and was planning to get a car play stereo. I was able to find a nice deal on JVC car stereo and the best thing of getting it from Best Buy is that the stereo installation is free of cost . The geek squad will even replace the new one with old one if at anytime u want to sell the car and that is also free of cost and we just we need to keep the paper bill as they haven’t digitized it yet . It took a while to get me a schedule for the stereo installation as it was holiday time . The Greek squad team in Richfield did a great job of setting everything perfectly .I would always recommend these guys for stereo buying and installation!

I had to wait a long time to get my installation done but it was worth it. The only reason I'm rating them at four, instead of a five, is because of the long wait for the install appointment. They recommended a change of rear facing camera to another, more factory sleek looking position and camera. PLUS, they didn't charge me more money to do this upgrade. They also installed a couple of more USB charging points in place of a old School 12V socket. I still have another old type of socket on the passenger side of my 09' Dodge Ram 1500.

I havent had the work done yet but im sure i will be totally satisfied .Getting a radio instaledad a backup camera
