    Actual scanner works as expected, but the softer is buggy; does not always acknowledge the scanner is connected to my PC. Could not get to install on my MacBook Pro but that wasn’t what I bought it for - would just have been nice to work on both laptops.

    I needed a scanner that is portable and wouldn't take up much space to use in my semi. This scanner fit the bill. This is about the size of the wand scanners but better because it feeds the document itself. The software allows you to change resolution, color, and file type. It's perfect for scanning BOLs and other documents.
