Printer was easy to set up. Print quality is very good. Bought the printer because we needed one which would be compatible with a chromebook. No problem getting the the printer and chromebook connected.

I'm very happy with my printer. It was easy to set up and didn't have any issues connecting to my home network. I've had it several months now and it has worked well. The print is very clear and sharp. Having ink tanks is great! I've printed over 100 pages and haven't had to change out an ink cartridge. That was my complaint about every printer I've had in the past, having to replace expensive ink cartages every 100 pages or so . I highly recommend this printer!

I was needing a printer to print bank statements and print them In seconds to which this one does just that.

Bought two for the office and it was so easy to install. It works quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend. This was actually a second choice as my first wasn't available. I am glad the other wasn't available!

I’ve had this printer for a month and I absolutely love it especially compared to the HP I had before it. Set up was painless for me and the printer speed is just fine for my needs. My HP are ink like crazy and ran maintenance all the time. Thai printer has yet to run maintenance(not sure if it will) and has hardly used up any ink in the month that I’ve had it. I don’t print a ton but I’ve been printing 6-8 pages a week so far. No complaints for me yet.

Been a fan of Brother printers for quite some time. Very good quality, easy setup and reliable WiFi. Print quality and speed are very good considering the price. Best feature is the long lasting ink!!

This Brother ink jet printer has been a solid reliable upgrade over my old HP photosmart. The investment system seems like it will give me a lot of life. The double sided printing is convenient.

Good printing, easy printing, but copying, scanning and fax are too complex in the software.

The only issue I'm having is this printer won't stay connected to WIFI. I've looked online everywhere and I'm not finding a solution, I have to reconnect every single day I need to print. At least once you connect it, it doesn't have any problems. Ink capacity is wonderful. Print speed is lightning fast. Print quality is decent for daily/office needs. Happy to have a color option other than black!

Ease of set up. Great prints including pictures. Fax set up easily. Love printing from my phone. Good value for the money.

Great printer, easy to install and use over wifi, App is user-friendly I get great clear prints and copies and te 1 year of ink is great I will never buy another brand again.

My previous four printers were laser versions of various brands. Wanted to try inkjet technology and settled on this Brother model. It's a decent printer that is fast for an inkjet, but well behind a laser. The colors run out fairly quicky, but black holds up nicely. Seems to get out of alignment easily.

Excellent print quality and speed for the price point. Good color depth, easy to refill hybrid ink cartridges, can print on my sticky, thick shipping labels. The downloadable scanning/printing/system software is fast and fluid, and makes scanning to different formats very easy. Main negative is that typing (while setting up Wifi, etc) using the buttons and screen are quite tedious. But you'll only do it once.

This printer produces quality prints without the need to use cartridges which are over priced and have a limited lifetime.

I have installed many HP and Canon printers before. I found the installation process for this Brother printer more complicated to follow than I expected. Some steps needed to be done on the phone app after you log onto Brother.com and create an account. Other steps needed to be accomplished viewing the very small printer display screen, and required instructions to be entered through the printer's key pad. In my opinion, the set-up process was unnecessarily tedious and complex.
