This all in one printer works really well and was super easy to set up. It produces really great printouts and has the ability to scan and save docs in the cloud or share to other devices easily.

Best printer I have ever had. Easy to set up and use. Have used it regularly for over a year and still have plenty of ink left.

Printer is easy to set-up and use. Prints are high quality and print fast. Ability to print both sides is a bonus! LOVE the wifi ability to have multiple laptops throughout the house be able to print to it. With two kids, its easy to print their homework.

Bought the MFC-J995DW to replace an ink-guzzling home-office printer. While it doesn't have two-sided scanning or copying (single-sided only), it does have easy-to-use software to scan directly to my Mac. I thought I would be annoyed removing and replacing paper and the occasional envelope in the single paper tray, but it has a single-sheet feeder on the back of the printer that can accommodate up to legal-size paper or an envelope. The menu system on the front panel is easy to use with clear explanations, and the installed software also is user friendly. I haven't done a lot of printing yet, but I've barely made a dent in the ink consumption (using the included cartridges). Very happy with this printer.

Prints nice and fast. Good quality printouts. Easy setup. Able to print wirelessly from many devices and it doesn’t resize it as my old printer did. Only complaint thus far, I wish the paper try held more.

I am in love with my printer! I have a granddaughter and a college student living at home with me and this printer is the best purchase so far!! Great quality, perfect prints, minimal sound... etc I can go forever!! Buy it! It’s worth every penny

Very happy with Brother inkvestment printers, as this is my second Inkvestment in past 1.5 years. The ink prices are low, and we use for occasional business color prints, with our b/w laser as the primary office printer. After 6 months, both printer have minor ink color streaks fadeouts. Both easily resolve with printer nozzle check, which takes 2-3 minutes, and then have clean prints for another 2-3 weeks. We always used the supplied Brother inkvestment ink that came with printer, and we first noticed after printer was not used for 6 weeks due to the pandemic. Now it's just a minor inconvenience every 2-3 weeks that we have to check for full-colors (no dropout bands), and possibly clean the nozzles, before a print job. In all, it is still performing much better than all other inkjets I have owned.

It is very good printer in terms speed and the page yield for the ink. Colors are not so accurate for printing and also scanning. Some colors are different when scanned from the actual print out that is taken from the same printer. But in terms value for money no printer is even close to this compared with ink cost, size of the printer and features. For students, home and some office work it is THE BEST period. In case for businesses particularly focused for pictures, posters and any related better go with Cannon but ink cost is going to be very high as they really drink the ink.

So far so good. Set up was very easy. WIFI connected right away. I don’t print a lot, but when I have the quality has been very good. Exactly what I needed for working from home.

This printer is very user friendly. I use the AirPrint feature, which didn’t require me to install any software. The printer is very quiet and prints pretty quickly compared to what I’m used to with my older printer.

Document print-quality is good. Have not tried printing photos. On Ethernet network, printing starts almost instantly (haven't tried wireless). Sheet feeder is okay but scans come out a little crooked. Long-edge of page crops a little when scanned document is placed directly on glass. Scan-to-phone app is great (except when it bugs me to get an unwanted ink subscription). The pdfs produced by the printer are of very good quality but the files are larger than produced when my computer's software is in control. Duplex printing is easy. Duplex scanning is manual. So far, ink consumption is frugal. We make a point of using it at least once a week to avoid wasteful printhead cleaning cycles. The store price was higher than the advertised price and I didn't notice until after checkout, but couldn't be bothered to return.

Great quality and fast printing, easy set up, easy to operate front LCD control panel and convenient front loading for ink cartridges. Excellent value home office printer.

I bought this printer for a home office, and for the kids school work. The printer works great for both usage, easy to setup and print quality is good. I would recommend this printer for purchase

My family and I had an Epson before this, and so when it died after less than a year we knew we had to get another printer. My mother and I are both teachers (I teach special education and she teachers college-aged students), so we need to be able to print things out. This was the first printer we saw on Best Buy's website. We loved the fact that ink lasts a year in it (so far so good!), so we got it. It's a great printer, my friends. I highly recommend it.

I have owned several different brands of inkjet printers, and the is by far the best one yet. Great all-in-one printer at a great price, especially since I won't be buying ink for up to a year, or longer!! And I love the duplex printing. Not only was it easy to install, it's also been the only wifi printer I've owned that actually STAYS connected and is always available the first time, every time I print to it. With all the other brands I've owned I had to reboot them frequently to get them to be recognized by my computers via wifi. I would definitely recommend and would buy this brand again in the future.

The panel is easy to read, the design is good, doesn’t feel heavy duty, however, but it prints and scans well. Installation was what you would expect for a computer peripheral. I selected this model instead of the XL model to save money. Printers, especially inkjet printers do not last forever. I usually go through a couple of printers before I change my computer, so the one year ink supply seemed like a better deal than the XL’s two year ink supply. At least that’s how I figured it. Save money now than later.

We purchased in February and still haven’t had to change the ink. It isn’t a fast printer but it is super easy to use and a great value!!

Item Is so much better than the 9015e words cant even start. I'll need more time and will edit it if need be but the quality of prints are nice and the fact there isnt a bunch of bloat and instant ink trying to force you into a crappy subscriptions is great. Also, the installation process is great. Only thing I need to look into asap is the small paper printer in the back of the printer and understand how it is used because the paper holder portion says it can hold small papers as well so im confused. Also, love how it can turn off or go in powersaving mode and as soon as you send a print it'll turn on.

First off, this is my first Brother product. I have had all the other major brands and I haven't found a product that compares to this one that isn't a commercial version. The print quality is superb. The interface with WiFi is very easy and I can print from all of my devices with ease. We have to auto order set for the printer and have had a refill for the black show up already. The price of the ink is comparable to other brands. The initial price of the printer is higher but the quality is high.

i love the year of free ink in box and super high yield cartridges, wireless and touchscreen is awesome. glad that there is a high-yield cartridge in COLOR and has always been a sturdy printer so far
