Fast print, fax and copy -- within seconds. I can't help but compare this CANON MF455dw Wireless all-in-one laser with the HP all-in-one I had previously. This CANON printer is superior in every function. I'm sticking with CANON products from now on.

So far works really good & fast. Excellent copies. For my business it works great. I found it hard to find a printer to do legal size paper. This one does. My son used it & wished he would have got one like it for his business. I would buy it again.

The printer seems to be working Ok for now. I had difficulty getting the printer and a new computer to communicate with each other. I purchased this printer to replace older Cannon printers that the new computer would not recognize. At first I had problems with the computer recognizing the new Canon. It then started printing messages from Host: localhost on its own. It seems to have quieted down and is now only printing what it is sent. Now, the printer is meeting my original expectations. I have been buying Canon printers for many years and have always been satisfied with their output.

Printer works well. The scanning UI is fairly easy and intuitive. It is a little bulkier than I expected. It is not heavy as expected considering the bulk. Wifi printing works very well.

Overall I had some difficulties setting up; a more tech savvy friend helped me through Printer is fast, efficient; it's large but fits my desk space controls are accessible and clear; requires a specific touch to activate the icons.

Fast printer, works very well. Duplexing is a great feature. Two-sided scanning is very fast due to dual scanning bars obviating the need to flip the paper over in the duplexer. Touchpad is sometimes not responsive, requiring multiple taps to get it to work.

Easy set up and full of features. It takes up less space yet is more productive than the larger Canon ImageCLASS copier.

First time I am using a printer that is not HP. I was concerned with the setup which for HP is a little bit hard. To my surprise it was smooth and it didn’t take long at all! Totally recommend it!

Easy to connect and operate. I purchased and set up this computer at my parents church, and everyone found it very easy to use. The staff is not tech savvy, so that was important. Excellent print quality as expected by most printers

The set up was very easy. I like the cartridge does need the replaced until 3000. The scan setup is an issue.

So far so good. Setup was easy. I already printed off several documents off my laptop and my phone and it worked like a charm. I like the sleep mode. It is quiet until I wake it up. Hoping this laser keeps me in toner longer than my inkjet.

I purchased a cheaper printer from Best Buy... it malfunctioned and I brought it back to see if it could be repaired. The technician said they would have to send it back to the manufacture and suggested I pick up a replacement from their stock, no charge. I was pleased until the identical unit suffered the same problem and I took it back to complain. The technician suggested this printer/copier as perhaps a better choice for the use I needed. The Canon-imageCLASS MF 455w has been functioning flawlessly. I am very pleased with the interaction I encountered at Best Buy and recommend the Geek Squad as fair shooters.
