I'm not sure who "certified" this but what I received was a scratched up, very used monitor, missing the manuals, and most of the cables. The cables that were included were just thrown in the box. Now it was a good deal, had it really been refurbished but this is just unacceptable. I'll think twice before I buy anything Geek Squad certified ever again.
