The people at geek squad fixed my pc perfectly and they were nice through the process

The guy fix my problem i had my internet was disappearing every time i turn on laptop, so now it fix it took onky day their are expert's geek squad

My sounds wasnt working and microsoft said my BIOS needed updated. Plus my PC was pretty dirty. Geek squad got it all updated and everything works better now

The Geek Squad was professional and explained to me what would take place for the repair. They encouraged me for few more dollars to get the 1 year plan that covers the other computers in the house. Within a few days I received a call that the computer was repaired and a representative started it up and reviewed with me what they found and repaired.

This lighter port splitter is a true lifesaver with all the tech we carry around these days. Two plug-in ports just are not enough to meet the demands of dash cams and phones and iPads and bluetooth radio transmitters and... Now I have three ports instead of two, and I’m going back to Best Buy to pick up another one so that I’ll have four plug-in lighter ports. Winning!

I didn't actually have a virus but the bank mandated it be cleaned by a store. Turned out it was the bank that was at fault. Even so I'm glad I bought the protection plan.

Even if you apparently have nothing wrong with your computer, I can recommend this service by the Geek Squad as they found malware which had slipped by my anti-virus software. The issue that brought me here was in fact the noise from the laptop's cooling pad rather than the laptop itself.
