Not so well geek squad experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First geek squad experience not so well they could not install my spotlight camera by ring because the person they sent was a contractor and he was not allowed to touch anything with electricity I gave it a thumbs down sad that my first geek squad experience had to go that way I really wanted that to be a good experience still waiting for the store manager to call me in regards to my bad service not very professional at least until I get that call BEST BUY manager of Taylor Michigan at the Southland Mall

Terrible Installation Experience

They no-showed me on the day of installation and was late the following day. Additionally, the main technician didn't speak english and his partner's overall knowledge of installations and Ring in general was quite pathetic and I as a novice knew more than he did which is a poor reflection on Best Buy. Outsourcing everything these days is not the answer, because typically there will be a significant drop in the level of customer service with contractors. Besy Buy, you must do better!

He literally refused to work on the site. No prior phone calls, no notifications before the date of the appointment were delivered to the customer. Date of Service: 7/21/2021 - Nobody showed up. No prior phone calls, no notifications before the date of the appointment were delivered to the customer. Ultimately, I canceled the job and requested a refund.

Nvr hookup

Would never recommend

Best Buy total tech refused to install it because it was "hard wired’. We will be returning it. Also purchased an eufy doorbell camera as part of the integrated system which they did install but we will be returning as well because it was all supposed to work together as a system.

Mislead for a month

Redo scheduled 5 different dates all no show ( Manada) Manada finally showed up 5/10/22 only to tell me they can’t fix my problem and it “only” took them a month to tell me. So what’s your suggestion now. Who do you recommend since you are not cable to handle the job.

He informed me that sometimes it takes the camera a while to activate. The next day I called the number on the card the worker gave me and no one returned my call.
