The WiFi range in our house with our old router sucked. Came in to Best Buy for a new router, and one of the workers recommended this one for range. It works so good, fast speeds and huge range. Super easy to set up also, and really convenient app to monitor usage and devices that are connected.

I live in a tri-level home and have multiple wireless devices on all three levels. I always had problems with signal strength using regular dual-band routers. I now have three of the EERO Dual Band Mesh routers (one on each level of the home), and have full coverage with no noticeable loss of download/upload speed. So far, these things work really well.

Solves my spotty coverage and speed issues in my awkward townhome flier plan. Prior to this I was using an Arris dual router (WiFi/router) device and that just couldn't cut it for my home's awkward floor plan. I consistently had dropped and slow coverage issues. This solution gives me constant high speed WiFi. It also comes with and easy set up through the app.

I recently purchased this to add faster WiFi coverage in rooms far away from my main router. Using this in addition to my main unit, this significantly increases download speed at the far corners of my home. It is very easy to set up and allows monitoring from an app as well. Would recommend, especially if you have a modem/router combo and not happy with coverage.

After having some issues with my old router I decided to start down the path of trying to find a new mesh WiFi system. I landed on a mesh system since you are able to have 1 network ID for both 2.4 and 5ghz channels and I have issues with connectivity in my basement and backyard. I read a ton of reviews and landed on the linksys Velop system first. It worked fine but speeds were much slower than I was hoping for given the tri-band tech in that one. I decided I would give the eero system a try just to have a comparison and I’m glad I did. I have Xfinity 500mbps and with the Velop when sitting right next to the modem and main hub I was getting just over 100mbps. When I swapped in the eero system in the exact same locations I was able to get over 450mbps sitting in the same spot. The system has been very stable since I purchased it and no issues to report as of now. I will note that if you have over 500mbps service you will likely need the upgraded eero to maintain those speeds but it works great for speeds at or under 500.

This has been an outstanding product for the past few years that I've owned it. I had a lot of Wi-Fi quality issues with the modem from my internet service provider but no more. The capability of extending the Wi-Fi hotspots to enabled Alexa devices is fantastic. Yes, I'd buy this product again.

I’ve been using the Eero mesh routers for a few years now and they have never had issues. I can easily log into the app on my phone and check speeds, update firmware, and see which devices are connected and how much bandwidth they’re using. I would recommend hard wiring them together to get the best performance out of them, but even wireless they have great range. I’ve used 3 packs in 3 different houses ranging from 1300sq ft to 3000sq ft, with no issues.

Added this to our existing system... the setup is SUPER easy. Eero has a number of additional security features and parent supervision features. Well worth the price. The WiFi speed is really great. We have three in the house using the system for work and school without an issue. Highly recommend!

Purchased these to set up WiFi in a new home. Our modem is in a basement corner and I knew that getting a strong signal two floors up would be a challenge. These units have a great app that walks you through the installation and even walks you testing different locations for signal strength as you go. Ultimately it has filled our home with a strong signal throughout the house. I did wire the house with Cat6 throughout the house, but even for most devices like TVs that could be hardwired I still have them running on WiFi because the signal is so strong I've had no need to find and connect cables. eero has the ability to turn off individual devices through their app which I have on my phone. I love this. You can also set restrictions to individual devices for internet time. I have my daughter's internet shut off 15 minutes before bed time. If she's watching TV on her iPad it triggers her to get ready for bed. There is also a service to add protection for kids safe searching and browsing content online. I'm taking advantage of this because the price was reasonable, however I am taking off one star because eero does not give the ability to restrict specific sites. This is a fairly critical need with kids doing home school due to covid. I need to be able to allow internet, but restrict youtube and netflix during school hours.

Best investment This was $200 but it was great investment I moved a basement apartment downstairs and my parents have internet upstairs. I plugged in my parents room, my room and my sons room. This gives Both apartments internet perfectly and saves me like 80 bucks per month. And set up was very simple.

I have a two-story, 2800 sqft house. I turned on our Spectrum router and was thrilled to get 250mbps basically everywhere on the first floor... but as soon as I went to the second floor it dropped to 8mbps. My son couldn’t play his streaming video games. I couldn’t have video conferences from my office. We couldn’t stream TV and movies anywhere upstairs or run our smart speakers. A friend recommended eero. I bought this 3 device system. It was almost as easy as plug-and-play. Foolproof installation. Requires no tech knowledge whatsoever. I did a speed test downstairs once it was one device was up and running. 250mbps just like my other router. But then I went upstairs... and if I was standing directly over where the device was installed on the first floor, I STILL had 250mbps. Standing on the other side of the 2nd floor, speeds dropped to 45mbps, but then I installed the other two devices upstairs, and the bottom line is there’s nowhere in my house that doesn’t see between 150-250mbps now. Couldn’t be more impressed.

This mesh system has saved the day in my house. We have 400 mbps speed at the modem and speeds drop off drastically as soon as you walk around the house, upstairs bedrooms at about 30 mbps. We have gaming consoles, 4K tv’s, phones and computers all on the second floor and it is gridlock when all are being used. I’ve tried range extender’s with no luck in the past. I had to figure something out due to the chaos of snail paced devices. Read about these mesh systems and thought I would give it a try. This 3 piece system seemed to be right for our home size and it was on sale for $199 so I went for it. Setup was so simple as the app walks you through each step, literally took 10-15 minutes. Results were like black and white, I get speeds around 250 mbps everywhere on the first floor which is where the originating eero is and about 150 mbps in every room on the second floor and there are absolutely no dead spots, all devices can run with no speed issues, this system was a lifesaver, I highly recommend.

I bought this to purchase to replace Google Wifi. Google Wifi worked well initially, however the last few updates were awful. Port forwarding stopped working, new devices would fail to connect due to DHCP timeouts, and points that were supposed to use Ethernet would connect over mesh instead. Eero was quick to install and was setup in less than 10 minutes. The nice thing about Eero WiFi is Eero, Eero Beacon, and Eero Pro are all run the same software and essentially are the same hardware (Eero Pro still has a couple hardware add-ons). Eero Pro has support Thread protocol and contains an extra multipurpose 5.8 GHz radio that works great for mesh and client connectivity. As I have Ethernet in each room I was going to put an Eero, I went with this version over the Pro. I also didn't need Thread protocol support and the number of wireless clients at this home did not necessitate the extra 5.8 GHz radio. This is a product for someone who just wants WiFi to work and work well. You're not going to get VLAN support, an option to create multiple SSIDs (other than guest), or tweak the radio settings. While those options can be useful, this is a set it and forget it setup. I purchased a couple extra Amazon Echos over the holidays and I was amazed at how they seamlessly joined my Eero network. Eero is my new go-to solution when family members ask for recommendations. This is how WiFi should work!

I have a two story house with lots of interference. The WiFi in the cable modem did not provide adequate coverage or speed for all the devices. The Eero was extremely easy to setup and now everything works seamlessly and with great coverage and speed. I would highly recommend.

Amazing performance. I have a 3000 square foot house where the original WiFi was about 30 Mbps hardwired and 26 wireless in the same room. Go across the house on the second floor and it would drop to about 6 wirelessly, yes 6. Downstairs was literally 1. Checked out WiFi extenders and did not want to cut the little speed I have in half while paying near $100 to do so. I found these and the reviews were mostly all amazing so I gave it a whirl. I bought this set and we were up and running in minutes. I now have about 30 Mbps download (wirelessly) everywhere in my home. I even installed some smart plugs outside that work insanely well. Overall, this was THE best choice I made for the money and performance. As a bonus they each have two hardwire ports if you want to plug in. Another bonus is you can upgrade or increase your area by simply adding more of each that can be purchased separately or in other quantities.
