Paired it with my Shure SM7B and I don't even need a cloudlifter. Also has enough power to properly output to my DT990s. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this thing to content creators. I use it for remote music lessons with my students as well.

So nice being able to control all my program volumes from one spot. This is the same thing as a goxlr but software based where goxlr is hardwar based. And can beat the fact that its 1/4 the price of a goxlr

This device packs a lot in its product. I had a focusrite 2i2 and I can honestly say the software package of the Wave Xlr, is leaps and bounds better and more advanced then what came with the focusrite.

Being able to split audio tracks with a virtual cable is usually a relatively challenging thing to set up, but the included software does it all for you.

save and buy a rode caster.

No where near the best, but easy to use.

It may not be the best in audio, mixing, or anything in terms of audio, but it is definitely the best in keeping it simple and straightforward to use. In other words, you pay for ease of use, not quality.

I was super excited but I ran into a huge issue right from the start. The mute button on the back of the unit was a capacitive button, where a touch turns the mic on and off. It got to a point, rather quickly, where the unit would just keep muting and unmuting itself, forcing me to unplug and plug back in the unit to get it working again just so I can step away. It's a nice device, but I can't stand that issue.

I ended up buying a headset amp. So you might have to spend an extra 100$ if you have hig end headphones
