I was super excited but I ran into a huge issue right from the start. The mute button on the back of the unit was a capacitive button, where a touch turns the mic on and off. It got to a point, rather quickly, where the unit would just keep muting and unmuting itself, forcing me to unplug and plug back in the unit to get it working again just so I can step away. It's a nice device, but I can't stand that issue.

No where near the best, but easy to use.

It may not be the best in audio, mixing, or anything in terms of audio, but it is definitely the best in keeping it simple and straightforward to use. In other words, you pay for ease of use, not quality.

Great audio device for streaming

The elgato software is significantly more stable, the hardware has fewer issues with audio cut-outs under load and is generally more reliable.

I ended up buying a headset amp. So you might have to spend an extra 100$ if you have hig end headphones
