Great audio device for streaming

The elgato software is significantly more stable, the hardware has fewer issues with audio cut-outs under load and is generally more reliable.

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros - Device makes everything simplified through software only. -Great routing through easy User Interface Cons - Software will crash randomly and all of your audio will stop - Bad Support, the company doesn't have solutions for the many bugs of the device and software. - You cannot get a best buy warranty for this device and it really needs it Overall while it does what it advertises, it does not do it consistently. There will be issues at random times. If you are using this for recording, content, or even basic calls. Then this will be a major inconvenience.
