Pros - Device makes everything simplified through software only. -Great routing through easy User Interface Cons - Software will crash randomly and all of your audio will stop - Bad Support, the company doesn't have solutions for the many bugs of the device and software. - You cannot get a best buy warranty for this device and it really needs it Overall while it does what it advertises, it does not do it consistently. There will be issues at random times. If you are using this for recording, content, or even basic calls. Then this will be a major inconvenience.

I was looking to upgrade from just a usb microphone and i partnered with this and athe rode pod mic and it works well!

This turn my sm57 into a great broadcast mic. I used to use voicemeter banana . The eq works great and doesnt require extra software its perfect

Anything Elgato makes is great for your computer. This is no different as a mixer for your microphone.

Works perfectly, using with Shure SM7B. Software easy to use aswell.

Great concept. Terrible execution. If you have multiple users on your PC and switch between users, THIS WILL NOT WORK. Coming from support, this is an unsupported use case and will duplicate all audio with a slight delay. All audio will sound like it has a robotic echo. You have to log the other user out (usually with a reboot and force log out unless you know their password) to get normal audio back. Support was well aware of this issue as soon as I contacted them, but said it is what it is because of how they intercept the audio. This seems unacceptable to not have called out in any documentation. I’ve already had one unit replaced because it kept failing to be recognized multiple times a day. I had to unplug and replug it to have it show up. This is a large disappointment coming from Elgato. Usually their products are well designed and implemented, but not this one. I’d go with another product that fills this same niche instead of this product.
