I'm very pleased with my printer. First of all, it was so easy to set up with qr code and followed the prompts and wow here it is finished. Customer service was outstanding in the store.

The printer works wonders, it makes my prints look sharp and clear.

I love the EcoTank printers. I will never use the old print cartage types again. Just remember to print often to keep the tips "wet" - once every other day or so.

Great Printer!!!!! Print Speed & Quality are awesome. Set-Up was fairly easy. Love the Ink Tank and that there are NO Cartridges to deal with. I have printed numerous paper items & labels with success. I have not printed any photos yet. Hoping when I do they will be great as well.

product is good , save on buying ink cartridges but very hard to set up. have to make sure your network is 2.4g and not 5g since it is only able to accept 2.4g.

The printer is great-plenty of ink to last a long while-prints and does everything I need to do.

This is SO easy to use! I love that it has BIG ink tanks that are easy to fill. I do a lot of photo printing, sometimes on card stock for greeting cards and sometimes on photo paper. The quality is excellant

I HAVE HAD TO RETURN 4 PRINTERS OF THE SAME BRAND ... 3 FOR MYSELF AND I AS A GIFT FOR A FRIEND ... THE ONE PURCHASED FOR FRIEND HAD TO BE RETURNED AS WELL. I HAVE ONLY HAD THIS PARTICULAR PRINTER FOR A VERY BRIEF PERIOD OF TIME ... I, ALSO, HAVE TO RETURN MY FRIENDS AND BOUGHT THE SAME BRAND FOR HIM ... WHAT IMPRESSES ME MOST ABOUT ALL OF THE FAILED PURCHASES IS THE COURTEOUS SUPPORT I GET FROM BEST BUY ... THEY NEVER TREAT ME IN A DISRESPECTFUL MANNNER AND ARE ALLLLLLLLLLWAYS WILLING TO GET ME A PRODUCT THAT WORKS ... NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE MACHINE. I was debatting between laser and ink jet it was for my house so choose the ink jet and happy with it great quality images good material for the price.

Big difference from ink jet printer. Professional quality prints. The mini screen was initially hard to get use to having had large screen before. Don’t miss the color that we really didn’t need.

Easy to set up... Love the wifi ability to print without being right next to the printer!!

Great small business printer. I don’t print often but when I need to this printer is ready and waiting. The refillable ink is the best for the minimal use cause it doesn’t dry up like cartridges.
