    I have been using Epson printers for around 10 years now. Overall, the experience has been good. This is my first purchase of an EcoTank printer and am very happy. Set up was easy. Ink installation is easy, no spillage at all. I do not miss the ink cartridges and all of that waste. The ink wells are huge with display windows showing ink volume. It functions like all of the former Epson printers I have; fast, quality printing.

    Mediocre printer, the print quality is not good ! I was going to buy the 2800 however the 2850 advertised photo quality which it isn’t! It went on sale the following week and tried to get a refund for the difference. They use a third party customer service which is a joke, I had to go to the store to straighten it out! Later that afternoon I got an email from BB saying I cancelled my Total Pius account which I didn’t! I had to go back to the store to straighten it out again ! It took 3 days and the only remedy was to extend my Total Plus another year …..
