    This may be an unfair description. I did not realize that this was for photos. It kinda sucks as a regular printer. All Epsom products, that I have purchased, are regular pains for me. They want you to logon to their site etc. Print quality is excellent, slow, very slow. I have a photo printer which is much better then this if doing multiples. It also doesn't have a feeder, yuck! Their Epsom people, help center didn't even know this!Just a tedious over-priced must use their app printer. I actually dislike this product a lot-especially for the $800 price tag.

    The first unit kept jamming. It's replacement is fine but I had issues (good and bad) with customer service.

    It’s great to not have to use individual ink cartridges. Time will tell if it is truly cost effective but as of now we are pleased with the purchase
