So far I am happy with my printer. The ink is less expensive and last longer than ink cartridges. Major plus. Thank you. Your staff was very helpful.

As a homeschooling mom, this is a wonderful printer! We print non stop all year long and the ink lasts a long time before needing to be refilled. It has saved us so much money as a one income family.

Printer was very difficult to setup as I had to call Support at least three times who had me override instructions in the setup paperwork. The good news Support was very responsive with no wait times. Printer is working fine now.

This model printer works as described. The scanner is not quite as good as my prior one but after a lot of tweaking it works ok for my needs.

The printer and scanner work very well after it is set up. The problem is getting it set up. I tried to use the online service to set it up and they were not able to succeed. I ended up hiring the Best Buy Geek squad to come in person to my home to set it up. They were able to succeed, but it added quite a bit of expense on top of the purchase price of the printer. I resent the added expense.

This printer was in my home for about 30 days, used less than a dozen times, and an error message (034004) or (E01) appeared on the screen. This error message is for a paper jam. There is no paper in the printer. I have opened every door, checked every source and even took the printer to our computer repair store. They found no paper, no little bits of anything. The error message persists and I cannot use the printer/copier/scanner. I have been in touch with Epson customer service three times, sent in photos of the ink level, error message, and serial number in addition to a pdf of my receipt. They now are telling me that they need more pictures. So a brand new printer stopped working in less than one month of use. And customer service is zero help. It would also be helpful if Epson hired someone who spoke English as their first language or even as a second language.

Stop buying cheap printers.

Epson is a name you can trust. Quality is great.

If I have to fight with a printer to get it to work, no matter how well it prints when it does, it gets one star.
A major problem, which is my fault for not noticing, is that it can't scan double-sided pages. But the one which is going to force me to sell it is connection problems with wifi. If I make the mistake of turning it off, there's always a significant wait before it finally connects to wifi. Today my efforts to scan from the printer have been extremely frustrating. One time it finally gave me the option of choosing my computer (which meant the wifi finally connected) and it scanned successfully. The next time, it gave me the option of "Last used," but then gave me connection error messages. I connects well enough to print, and it worked when going through the phone app (but that meant moving the scanned document in the phone to my Dropbox account to retrieve on my computer since the app will only save to the device).
When I try to sell it, I'll tell the buyer that my 10+ year old Canon finally connected to wifi through my new computer and I don't need two printers, and I'll happily sell this Epson for a good price.
