Reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is my learning curve with the accompaning software that came with the bundle package purchase, which I would recommend to any one who is looking at purchasing the iX500 Scanner. I really like Adobe Acobat, (AA), DC software that comes with the bundle purchase, as the AA alone is approx. 1/2 the price (Retail - if purchase seperately), of the ScanSnap iX500 Scanner.. This AA DC software is something I didn't have, so its very helpful to me, as I was unable to edit PDF's prior. With that said, I love the actual Fujitsu iX500 ScanSnap unit, as it's much more accurate, quite and faster then my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus, that I had been using for scanning. I love the Fujitsu iX500 scanner deluxe bundle and would recommend it to anyone.

I was in doubt to buy this scanner because it is a bit expensive but I am extremely happy I did it. The scanner is great and the SW that comes with it are really good. It worth the investment. I considered other scanners before buying the Fujitsu but the satisfaction rates made me to try it. I am now part of the happy and satisfied iX500 owners.

I had experience with an older model of this scanner, and while the price can be a little daunting, i thought it delivers on all levels. Fast, efficient and great quality. If i were to find any fault with the product, it would be two fold: 1. It can't scan wider documents - 11 x 17 2. When scanning wirelessly, you can sync up more than one computer at a time. Having said that, I would still recommend getting this scanner.

I was trying to purchase the ScanSnap iX500 for the past year but the price was too high for me. Evernote has their own version and charge $500. I love this one from Best Buy. It is the fastest and most accurate scanner I have ever had.

Multiple pages (even double sided) are scanned quickly and appear on my computer in seconds as clear as the originals.

Top rated document scanner albeit a bit pricy. Decision to make: go with really cool software and ok hardware (Neat) or killer hardware and really ok software (Fujitsu). Went with the hardware and will learn to make the software work the way I need it to.

It's lightweight compact and scans easily. the software that comes with it makes the transferring of papers and photos to USB easy and efficient. you can choose to scan one or both sides of the pages.

Scanner works as presented. Easy to set up and get started. Would recommend to anyone who needs a great scanner. I've tried another scanner, this one beats all the ones I have used. Have not had a jam!

The Fujitsu iX500 is a fantastic portable scanner. The thing I find most helpful is that it deletes blank pages. This feature saves my staff loads of time since they don't have to manually review a scanned document to delete blank pages.

I'm an attorney and I use this for my law practice. Other attorneys told me to buy it years ago, and I ignored them. This thing has spoiled me now and I don't know how I ever did without it.

Easy setup, scans quickly, and Tech Support from Fujitsu for ScanSnap was painless, pleasant and efficient when I had a small problem.

I have used this already in the office and I know that this is really a fast scanner and can scan even legal sized bond papers. It was very convenient on my part since I have a lot to scan

Scans front and back quickly and is easy to setup and use.

Purchased this to scan World War II era documents. Amazingly fast & good quality! Plastic sleeve protects document, eliminates "fold lines", and scans perfect. Two-sided scanning is a real plus! Does ok on pictures. Although the scanning software works with Macs, all the "extra" software in this package to import directly into spreadsheets or accounting software is only compat with Window's-based software, but I knew that going in. Would have given it 5 out 5 if they provided multiple sleeves/document protectors and if it did a better job on photos. Overall, a very fast, high-quality document scanner -- I would buy it again!

There is enough good reviews on this product already, but I can attest to them all. This handles everything from photos to receipts and back. The connectivity options are outstanding. You will not be disappointed in this product.

Best ink prices in town and good recycling plan as well.

Great product - used an earlier model scansnap s1500 that is still in use and purchased five years ago. It was time to buy a couple more for two more desks within the office. Love our scanner!

Bought this to replace a dinosaur, but got a huge upgrade! Software package is nice, but had to relearn because it is the opposite of what we did on previous machine. But VERY HAPPY!
