The helpers are always great but almost every time I get an item there's always some sort of damage done to it and customer service on the phone gives you almost nothing for the amount of damage there is sometimes. But as far as the actual delivery everything was convenient and easy.

I had a great experience with the delivery of the two TVs I ordered. I had to reschedule last minute due to a personal conflict, and Best Buy's team was very accommodating and made the change without any hassle. The two delivery professionals arrived on time, were friendly and communicative, and handled everything with care. They carried both TVs upstairs and did an excellent job throughout the process. Very smooth and professional service!

Very professional and punctual. I have had many experiences with other companies where they would say one thing and then I would waste a day off of work waiting because they were always late. These 2 guys were very nice and I appreciated the communication

The last Samsung model i had, two panels went out. It was like watching tv with giant obstructinf black wide vertical lines obstructing the normal picture of the image for whtevr show or movie. This tv mist habe been a lemon since I’ve never experienced any issues with my Samsung TVs. Therefore, my current upgrade is way better at everything.

Delivery went smooth and did not have to wait around all day for them to show up. I like the ability to track the delivery driver up to arrival with updates on estimated arrival time.

Best Buy makes the home delivery easy. The tech can text or call you when they are on their way to ensure you are home. My home delivery team was so friendly, professional and honest. The dryer was making a noise after set up and delivery. The home delivery team brought that to my attention and set up delivery of a new gas dryer for me. They really go above and beyond. They took thie time, not making it seem rushed. 5 stars

The deliverers were great. However the phone operators left a lot to be desired. Extremely aggravating scheduling and waiting for the delivery. Once the delivery came it took all of 5 minutes and the boys were great. I don't know how else you could order the delivery without dealing with the phone people who are terrible at their jobs. But the actual delivery was fine.

Five stars. Doing this on my phone & for some reason could not click the 5th star. Flawless install of my new stove. Jesus & Samuel were right on time. They were courteous, respectful of property,quick and efficient they handled my new stove as if it was their own. Also answered all my questions.

They delivered me both a washing machine and a Samsung 98" TV. They installed the washing machine and the tv was just a drop off, as I was going to hang it myself. Very friendly and very professional guys.

I had my refrigerator delivered to me with no hassle and great customer service from Best Buy and they took my old one out and put my new fridge in with no questions asked.

The crew that came to swap out my tv was so nice! They even took the tv into the back room for me, which I totally did not expect, as I thought they were going to leave it outside my door.

Great experience with home delivery and install for washer and dryer. Tech did a great job placing and hooking them up in a small closet location, then took time to put everything back as it was originally. Very courteous, tested both units, and made sure to point out the warranty cards. Highly recommended.

Purchased a TV for my house and my elderly was house sitting as I was out of town. The delivery driver was the sweetest. When he first came by to drop the TV, my dad didn’t hear him knock. Instead of leaving the TV in front of my house, he gave me a call and asked for me to open my garage as he felt better leaving it in a more secure place. He even came back by a couple of hours later, knocked on the door (my dad heard the knock this time) and personally set the tv in my room so that my dad wouldn’t have to carry it in himself. He was so kind to me and my father.

Really competent delivery guys, got the refrigerator in through a really tight space with no damage to door or appliance. Very polite and speedy, too.

No issues with delivery everything went well. Would have preferred if maybe they took just a little extra time and caution getting it through the main door but otherwise was great.

I have never seen a more plight friendly person than this guy who came in to my home and asked me about my day and as he worked to remove my old washer and install my new . Cleaned up and was out within the hour . Such an amazing guy and job he done making sure that I was happy with my purchase I had made .

We are very pleased with the cafe oven and cooktop that we purchased. Additionally, our sales rep was very knowledgeable about the appliances and provided superb customer service. We would definitely not hesitate to make future purchases at Best Buy.
