We used to buy our appliances and larger home equipment/furnishings at Home Depot but their delivery service was awful. We switched to buying our appliances and such at Best Buy and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the delivery service. We had ZERO issues with delivery - it was fast and there were no damages or anything. Very impressed and will be getting other appliances delivered down the road.

I was very pleased with the service we received when our refrigerator was delivered. First, the communication was excellent with scheduling and confirming. Second, the delivery guys were very knowledgable and took great care with the installation. I would order from Best Buy again just because of the excellent delivery service.

Delivery from Best buy was fast and you track it and the driver actually called just before to confirm the delivery of the TV. Excellent service, highly recommended.

The guys unhooked my old dishwasher, removed it, and installed the new one in a surprisingly quick time period. Works great and the guys were courteous and quiet.

Since I bought and returned a refrigerator and then ordered another I had the opportunity to meet 2 sets of delivery crews. They both are a credit to their company. Fast, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of the house. Delivery of heavy items is not an easy job but both teams were incredible.

I haven’t opened up the tv yet so I don’t know if it’s delivered correctly lol but they did a great job getting it here and placing it where I wanted

The color is great. It has easier feature to navigate the menu and a better selection as to the picture and color to your liking. The only issue I had was the remote-control rubber buttons not working properly after a while of using. I use it in my basement, and it looks great

Brought it right into my house! I believe I read they would only deliver appliances into the house, otherwise just doorstep. They carried it into my house which was a big help to me.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. Thats all I can say about the delivery of the tv and the installation. These guys were so wanting to fo a great job and they did. They were extremely careful putting the tv in place. There was a tricky staircase they had to go through. They CARED about majing my floors and carpeting dirty and they USED COVERINGS on their feet.
