Easy to deal with...they call you day before your delivery with window time. They have an app where you can see where delivery truck is on route. They call when they are on their way. Professional employees who also explain appliance before leaving. Left no mess.

Like the title states, my $1000 TV was almost delivered to another state, even though I confirmed my address with the sales rep multiple times. I live in North Carolina and it was sent to Florida. Thankfully, I was able to (frantically) interfere and get it switched over to my correct address, but it was delayed by three days. Eventually it was delivered to my front door. They helped get it in the door and that was it. Nothing special.

Bestbuy delivered a new tv to my home. They arrived on time and with great delivery services. I would recommend home delivery services from BB!

Delivery is on time and very professional service. LG OLED is the best TV among all OLED's. The picture quality is superb. OLED77 C3 is optimal for price and size to own an OLED. Best buy has provided a good deal and delivery service, online support, etc are the most impressive in BestBuy. I hope this review helps others.

Delivery was nice and smooth . I would have given this delivery a higher rating if I wasn’t called about needing a drier hose day of delivery! What if I had given my last and wasn’t able to pay? This wasn’t cool, when I ordered the machine… please let them know if they need any additional equipment beforehand

I have always had a very good experience with my BestBuy home deliveries. In fact if I need a home appliance I prefer BestBuy because of their excellent delivery service.

The 2 guys who delivered our new LG washer couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They were careful taking out the old Maytag washer and bringing in the new LG washer. The fellow who installed the new LG washer was very professional and did it in a timely manner that showed he was a professional at it.

The crew gave me a call about an hour before the arrival and informed ETA. It was very helpful. Two guys were friendly and quickly brought TV into the house.

The delivery staff took less than 5 minutes to take the 55" TV off the truck and into our family room. They made it through the narrow passageway and recommended the safest location to put the box until we installed it. They even showed me how to access the manual without unboxing the TV.
