Excellent work done by the install crew on my brand new washer and dryer! The team was well prepared and got through the install process rather quickly!

Fantastic Installers. Arrived within the promised time window to install my double wall oven. Extremely professional. Did a thorough job cleaning up and also trimmed my cabinet since the new Oven was 1 inch taller. Did a terrific job and demoed the product and answered all my questions.

Timely and efficient delivery. Very courteous, respectful and polite. Instead of just showing up and dropping off the new TV, they made sure to answer any of my questions and concerns and pointed out the Bar code for me to use if I need any help with the item in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

It was quite a journey to get a new fridge. I thought it would be easy - ordered from Sears, but then they went bankrupt and could not offer extended warranty, ok... but in the meantime they also lost my order so I eventually ended up getting my money back. Then I went to Home Depot - they would not deliver to my area. Checked Best Buy - the fridge I was looking at was on sale for less, plus free delivery, ordered it... - but then - oops - wrong size. Called Best Buy CS - no problem, she helped me find something that would work and it turned out great. I am very happy with this fridge after two years of monkey-doodling around.

Here is a short review of Best Buy's home delivery service, highlighting likes and dislikes. --- I recently used Best Buy's home delivery for a major appliance, and the experience was largely positive. What I liked most was the professional, two-person team. They were punctual, handled the item with care, and placed it exactly where I needed it. The clear communication, including tracking updates and a precise delivery window, was also excellent. On the downside, I dislike the limited scheduling flexibility. The first available date was several days out, which was inconvenient. There's also a distinct lack of transparency if something goes wrong; tracking simply halts without explanation. The surprise was the "white glove" touch—they unwrapped the product and took all the packaging debris with them, which was a fantastic, hassle-free finish.

Well, worth the price and not having to worry about damaging my TV in the back of my pick up truck in the winter

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL machine, but not very practical, unfortunately. The controls are touch screen and the inputs are simple, nothing too much or over the top, which is great. The washer worked really well (granted I've heard and read so many cons on front loading washers), but the real issue was that my unit came with a defective dryer, which is where the impracticality comes into play. What do you do when one of the units goes out/bad, yet the other unit works just fine? The dryer makes an incredibly loud and consistent clanging noise, it was so bad that you could visibly see the left wall of the dryer shake with every clang. A bit of research online (and from LG's official website) states that the rubber drum rollers, or something, may have flat spots and that they'll return to normal once the dryer heats up a bit. That definitely wasn't my solution. I initiated an exchange. I'm getting a set of front loading Samsung washer and dryer instead, that's a bit more practical as far as weight (what if I move? - This machine is HEAVY) and as far as having the option to simply replace either the dryer or washer as opposed to the entire unit. 4 out of 5 stars because, again the machine is beautiful and it's not LG's fault that I got a defective unit, but I just can't give a perfect score. Also a 4 out of 5 because Best Buy's customer service was great and took care of my exchange with no issue.

Home delivery was great. The team called before arrival and showed up on time. They delivered the TV where I asked them to deliver it.

The delivery fellows were great. We had to do a complicated swap with one frig upstairs being replaced, an existing frig going up, and the new one replacing the first floor one. The fellows did the swap beautifully without having to move doors or appliances. Highly skilled, professional, fast, and personable!
