Had a big screen TV delivered, and the service was excellent and professional. Received phone call the day before, an email during the night before, a text on the morning of and, finally, a confirmation call 30 minutes prior to eta. Arrived on time with television place into the room of my choice. While I've no qualms with buying things from internet retailers without a local presence, this experience has likely moved me towards making any large sized electronic purchases with Best Buy. Having that local presence and a in house delivery service just makes these purchases not only much easier and efficient.

The delivery was top tier. The brought an entire kitchen suite and tvs. They were quick and efficient. Cleaned up and removed all packaging.

We had an absolutely excellent install experience with our new dishwasher. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about our product.

This oven fit perfectly into the existing oven opening ! and started up and has been working fine, Delivery was prompt as I needed just before Thanksgiving !

The team installing the dishwasher did a great job and identified an issue under the sink that I needed to get repaired - they caught it before I had a pipe break and was able to get a plumber in to fix it. They wore booties on their feet to keep my house clean, installed everything quickly, and they cleaned up after themselves.

Sleek, modern washer that's an amazing replacement for our older one. Even the initial impressions of the first wash are fantastic - so much quieter. Love the customization options and the third row/drawer. Installation and haul-away of our old unit by Best Buy was super easy. Highly recommended.

I love my new Maytag washing machine. My old one broke in April and I never thought I'd be so excited to do laundry at home again. Maytag is a great brand and I got a really good deal at Best Buy. The delivery guys were great too - friendly and respectful.

The two gentlemen that brought me my tv were professional and polite. My house is hard to find so when they called and said they were on their way I met them at the bottom of my driveway. They even had to pull off to the side and wait a minute or two for another delivery driver to exit our place, this did not upset them in the least. I'm a bigger guy and always willing to give a helping hand and they told me that they could get it so I stood off to the side and watched them.

Third party provider delivered tv to inside front door on scheduled date and time. No issues with delivery and would use again.

The technicians came, saw the problem, and tightened a faucet. The washer has worked well since then. No more leaking.

They kept us updated and informed when they was going to get there and we didn’t have to do anything amazing

Great service, very nice people. They help me carry the TV to the second floor where I put the TV. They arrive at the earliest of the time window, so I didn't need to wait for them at all. They also gave me a call before head to my home, so I have enough time to prepare for their delivery.

Insignia refrigerator and chest freezer - apparently it's a back up frig too, very cool, lol - arrived within the delivery window. Both were delivered and working in great condition. Black Friday prices were awesome!!! Between the two products, I saved about $200 off the regular prices and got 10% back with the Best Buy CC for $70 to spend in reward certificates too + another 10% off a couple items and one more $10 certificate buying more things by activating more rewards in the Member Rewards section.
