We set up a delivery time two weeks in advance. This was because the refrigerator had to come in to the warehouse. I personally pucked up the microwave and trim kit from two different locations and did a great job. The rest of the items were to be delivered on 2/11. We thought all at one time. Not so. The refrigerator came 5 hours later and thereby blew my whole day due to waiting.

I had multiple home deliveries. This rating is about the installers. The were excellent. A stove microwave and dishwasher were delivered one day, a refrigerator another day. The installers took great care to move these appliances into my very small kitchen. No damage. The microwave required drilling/cutting into the wall and kitchen cabinets. The installer was very neat with the cutting and the cleanup.

Home delivery was great - the Geek Squad guys knew what they were doing and followed instructions on how to get there

Delivered on time. Had to wait on install though because the water valves had to be replaced but they came back as soon as we got the plumber to fix those.

The gentlemen who delivered my machine were on time, professional, and efficient. They were kind and courteous and respectful of both me and my home. I appreciated the excellent work they did with such efficiency.

Drivers were amazing even though they had to take the refrigerator thru my yard to back door. Everything about the delivery was superb.

The delivery was great. The guys were on time, hooked up the washer and dryer, tested both and left the house clean and tidy.

Very easy to have my washer delivered to my home. This helped alleviate the problem of having to pick up.

Home delivery was awesome! It was the easiest and fastest home delivery and set up I have ever experienced. The guys arrived on time and within the scheduled appointment window. They hauled away my old appliances and delivered and set up my new appliances. Very courteous and professional.

The delivery went flawless. The driver was on time and put the freezer in my basement exactly where I needed it.

The team were nice and professional. They asked where to place the TV. I just had them to sit it on the floor near the front.

They installed my new washer fast and easy ! They also noticed that my water lines were placed on the wrong side . Hot was cold and cold was hot so they fixed that for me as well so I was more than happy !
