Great service experts bringing your device to your home! I have a truck but I couldn’t bring the tv without risking it !

Item is as expected. Good for what is intended, quality is pretty good too. Fast software and no lag so far.

From start to finish, my Best Buy home delivery was absolutely perfect. I received clear updates every step of the way—confirmation, tracking, and arrival time were all right on schedule. The delivery team arrived exactly on time, handled everything with care, and treated my home and product with respect. They were professional, polite, and efficient—unboxed, set up, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. They even cleaned up all the packaging and left the area spotless. It’s rare to see this level of professionalism and courtesy in delivery service these days. Best Buy truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. I couldn’t be more impressed!

Home delivery was the absolute best I've ever experienced. They email you the time frame in which they will be coming and then allow you to follow along with the deliveries of the truck from a tracker. The guy called me when he was about 10 minutes away and arrived three minutes early from the time I was given as an estimate. Prompt, in and out, friendly, ease of delivery, everything you wish every delivery was. I was astonished by the accuracy of delivery time and respect for my time that Best Buy displayed. Will definitely not hesitate to have things delivered again. Now if only every company could take a lesson from you guys.

As instructed, I measured the doorway openings that the delivery people would need to pass through within my home to place my new stove in the kitchen. I also was sure to clear a wide path, including moving furniture to allow for wider turning areas or around corners. If you chose the old stove haul-away service, be sure to disconnect (unplug) the cord from the wall and any other mounting or securing points. Then, place your old appliance in a convenient area just inside the door it will be taken through, but be sure it is out of the way of the pathway you cleared for the new appliance delivery. If you can carry the old appliance outside, do so. It makes it easier for the delivery/installation techs. Be sure to place the appliance near the area where the delivery vehicle will park. If you have pets, be sure to secure them in an area where they will be safe and won't interfere with the delivery or delivery personnel. Speaking of delivery personnel, the two who delivered my new oven were awesome. They communicated with me, describing everything they would be doing. They gave me a chance to ask any questions. They were polite the entire time and were careful not to mark up doorways or any furniture they needed to pass through ot by. It was a great experience.

They measured first to make sure it could fit properly and checked the connection. Very professional installation.

This delivery order included the installation also, which was on time that was scheduled. The installation was very quick and clean. Professional guys who made sure that everything is working and even show me who to work with this microwave because it also had the air fryer and steamer options in this unit.

Guys were knowledgeable and nice and helpful considering what a mess this all became. Huge problem that u have no in store phone number. Had to drive in twice in one day. Products of first delivery were messed up. Stove scratched and dented. Dryer inside sounds of scraping

Timely. Very courteous and offered services that I did not purchase. If I wanted why they were here and unpacking if I wanted to add them at that time.

Delivery service was great. On time, friendly and took the tv to the correct room upstairs. Def. Better than other merchants who would drop off at door.

Super fast, was actually ahead of schedule, and called to make sure it was okay if they came over a little early. When I didn't answer (Being I didn't know the number, wasn't sure who it was), they sent me a text asking if it was okay to come early, as well as I text updates from best buy letting me know the time arrival. When they got here, the two guys were very friendly and informative, as well as got the job done quick and clean. It was a very easy, smooth process, and that usually isn't said when moving washing machines into small spaces.

The guys were quick, efficient & kind. The whole purchase, delivery & install process couldn't have been easier.
