Highly skilled technicians who knew their business. Clean installation precisely as I wished. The only negative note is that they would not wear masks, but did wear gloves and booties. I am COVID paranoid.

The delivery team were very kind and diligent workers. However, their instructions were to leave the unit in an opened garage or by the front door. My end showed instructions from BestBuy that the unit is to be brought to where the old unit was. It was noted that if the customer wanted it could be left in garage or by front door but clearly, the instructions were IN-HOME DELIVERY. It was a lot for my husband and me (2 people in there 60's and 70's) left to maneuver this very heavy item. I hate to give the guys a bad rating because they were following instructions, but it is not what I was expecting or deserved. I called about it and was promised a call back and to date, have not received a call back.

Home delivery is the best option. Best buy delivered gifts earlier than expected. I highly recommend!

The product arrived on the day and time promised. The technician assigned for installation was very professional and cooperative. He worked cleanly and left the area clean before leaving. This TV is the best I have ever had! I can summarize the service as STANDARD AND QUALITY!

It was delivered and installed with care and given instructions on what they were yand what I need to do once the cycle finished.

The gentleman that came to the house were extremely nice and courteous. They placed the dishwasher and oven right where we needed them. In and out quickly with no interruption to my day. It was very helpful to be able to track when they would be at the house so I could secure my dogs.

The home deliver process with Best Buy is actually one of the easiest and best features they have. The technicians are all great whether your just delivering or installing the products. I have had all my appliances delivered quickly and with no issues. The drivers are all super professional that I have dealt with. 5 stars white glove delivery.

The delivery team was so efficient it was almost unbelievable. They came in and looked at it. One guy pulled it out, the other took the door off the hinges. They carried the old one out and brought the new one in and unpacked it in less than 10 minutes. They were able to explain all of the features and were able to answer all my questions. I've never had a bad delivery or installation from Best Buy but this one was the best so far.

Despite seeing negative reviews I purchased this freezer/refrigerator conversion unit. I love it. I have it in the freezer setting and it works perfectly. Food is frozen solid, the door has amazing suction so it ensures it is closed and keeps a consist temperature.

I was given specific timelines and a phone call ahead of time. I was very prepared due to Best Buy’s communication.

We had our refrigerator delivered. The guys who brought it, were amazing. They set the fridge where I wanted it to go even helped me unbox it. I wanted to make sure there were no dents and that it worked. They went above and beyond.
