Delivery was quick and hassle-free. From the moment the order was placed, I received clear updates about scheduling and delivery timing, which made the whole process stress-free. On delivery day, communication was excellent and the arrival window was accurate. The delivery team was professional, efficient, and careful with the TV. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and the process was much smoother than I expected for a large item. Overall, this was a great delivery experience. Best Buy contacted a professional company to install my new Bosch Dishwasher. He came to the house, very professional and courteous. He knew exactly what he was doing and installed the dishwasher in an hour. He cleaned up everything, and showed the operating process.

The delivery was on time, efficient, and easy. The guys were very nice and allowed us time to clean the floor after removing the old machine, before moving in the new one. They were courteous, and quickly installed all the new lines and even ran a test cycle. Great service!

Your delivery people were on time, careful, and quick. We have been buying our main appliances from Best Buy for years and never experienced a problem. Also, your in-store people know their products and answer questions honestly.

These delivery men were strong, fast, and extremely careful. They talked to us like we were friends. They were so polite and on time, and we asked a ton of questions. My husband was so impressed with how they carried the refrigerator in the house that he asked if he could videotape it. My husband said we should have had them hang out and have a beer with us. What is the 50 inch TV that I got so it was pretty easy for the guy to bring it in with one arm. But got here quick In.

The delivery driver was very accommodating the elevator was out of service. He walked it up to the 4th fl to my door with a smile. 10/10

I can't say enough praise for the installation. I thought it was going to have to call a plumber because of a problem with the valve the washing machine was going to attach to, but the installers fixed it, probably save me $600

The delivery team was excellent. They delivered a 300 lb. washer/dryer combo up to my 3rd floor condo….. never complaining like past deliveries I’ve had! They were awesome!

The delivery team arrived right on time, which was much appreciated as I was balancing a busy work-from-home schedule. They were pleasant to talk to, professional, and mindful of not disrupting my work during the delivery process. However, I did hear a loud noise during the move, which made me wonder if the fridge may have been dropped or mishandled, possibly causing the strange noises it now makes. I should have asked the team if that noise was related to the fridge being dropped. While the overall experience with the team was positive, I hope care is always taken to ensure appliances are handled without potential damage.

The LG 2.1 c.f. over-the-range microwave oven was a great choice. Beside the fact that it looks great, the features are very intuitive despite the fact that I'm a senior and not particularly tech prone. There is a 30 second button, and each of the single number buttons when pressed alone, provide that amount of microwave time. Delivery was in window of time expected and servicemen were polite, accomodating and professional.

I’ve had no issues with this fridge at all. I did hear a gurgle sound a couple times that I heard about in other reviews but no issues functionally.
