Well, let me put it like this. The guys showed up on time. But my old freezer. Needed to be looked at by my home owner insurance. Which had not showed up yet so I couldn’t get rid of the freezer, but the guy told me once they come and look at it. Give me a call and I will come back to pick up your freezer.. that was in June. I’m still waiting. This is November. . To make a long story short I have to call someone and get rid of the Freezer because I talk to the guy, but he pretend not know who I am and when he did, he said he would come, but he never did.. so meanwhile, I paid $50 for a freezer to be carded away and it never did so Best Buy where is my $50?

We looked at purchasing a treadmill through the company that made it, but delivery would have been $250! Instead, we ordered the treadmill through BestBuy and delivery was a fraction of that cost. But... they didn't sacrifice quality. The delivery guys were prompt, called when they were on their way, very polite, and extremely professional. It was raining and muddy outside, and they made every effort to keep the inside of my house tidy. They even asked if I would move an area rug to avoid getting it dirty. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our delivery members were awesome! Very professional and took the time to install correctly and with care to make sure nothing was damaged. They were very knowledgeable about the product and gave us lots of good information.
