My delivery was on time and the guys were very nice and helpful I didn’t have to lift one finger lol

The guys were great and very professional and knowledgeable. They took their time with getting it in and also putting it together. (The handles) They also took the time to make sure everything was working properly and made sure I understood everything.

We’ve had two big items delivered by Best Buy and I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Quick, kind and courteous!

Again, the only thing I would say about the purchase is that it wasn’t installed, and even though I didn’t know it, the cashier had no clue if it could be installed. When I went on the website. It said that it can be installed, but when I went to the store, they told me that Best Buy didn’t do that. I just didn’t understand that, but even though we still brought the washing machine, it was just a headache to remove it and to put the new one up that was it but outside of that, it was a good purchase

On time delivery brought ans hooked up washer and dryer and hauled away the old ones. They were professional and quick.

Home delivery of my new fridge was excellent. Best Buy came at the pre-arranged time after sending multiple emails and texts. The delivery people were careful not to damage anything and the fridge was put in its place. I couldn't be happier.

I ordered a Samsung refrigerator from Best Buy and the delivery team did a good professional job of installation. They came two hours after the scheduled delivery window but the tracking function let me know when they were coming.

I moved from my apartment of 18 years and while packing I found three BEST BUY gift cards given to me in 2012. I've been without a TV since 2010 and in late February 2020 I was shocked that the three gift cards I found still had their full value. I was pleasantly surprised the bargain prices of flat screen TVs -- and because I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge -- I shopped for this brand. In 2011 I purchase Series 6 Samsung 55" as a gift for a friend and he was still using it with no complaints after all these years -- and he is an avid gamer. So for my birthday purchase I decide to spin the wheel and shopped for a Series 7 and the prices were astonishingly low and to me seemed very reasonable. I decided to include a 5 year service plan and moved delivery to Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. -- MY BIRTHDAY! My TV arrived promptly at 9 a.m. and with a fresh cup of coffee I opened it and took out the remote, stand and instructions. Boy was I excited. Being in a wheelchair I was not able to unpack it myself, so I had two friends ride into the rescue. Once unpacked on to a high-tech black steel and smoked glass TV stand, I spent my birthday EASILY attaching my Trek digital antenna and programming the channels -- bingo without cable or satellite I had 64 over the air channels! Albeit some are useless to me, like the home shopping channels -- it was my please to able to enjoy the local PBS channels. The nicest feature is that Hulu AND Netflix have their own dedicated keys on my remote. No more looking at these live streaming services on my Samsung Edge -- now they're awesome on my new 55". My building has free high-speed internet and when I push the Hulu key it directed me to connect with an internet. Can I say it, super simples. My final step was going into controls and customize how I like to view the picture and hear the sound. This was NOT complicated and within 30 minutes of dinking around, I had my Series 7 Samsung ready to go. I checked I have until April 29, 2020 to return this baby -- NO WAY, I am enormously happy after a month of heavy duty use. Folks do spend the extra for the premium service contract -- I enjoy this flat screen with the peace of mind I have five years of protection. PLEASE TO ANYONE READING THIS -- THERE IS ABSOLUTE NO NEED FOR ANYONE TO BAKE ME A CAKE FOR MY 67TH BIRTHDAY -- I'm humbled and grateful I have a decent flat screen to enjoy in my new living room.

Our new fridge was installed and our old one removed within an hour. Outstanding service!

Gents who delivered and installed our dryer and washer were super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Only one recommendation is wearing gloves when they handle any moving of furniture when in the home.
