I have never been a bike person. I have previously tried Peloton in the past and thoroughly enjoyed it. I was a bit skeptical in buying this but decided to buy it after I saw decent reviews. I have been using it for a couple of months: Assembly: Assembly was a bit tough because I am not the most handy person, it took me a couple of hours but the instructions which came with it were pretty good. Fixing the pedals were the toughest part. Build Quality: it is a pretty sturdy bike and feels really good, similar to the experience I had with Peloton. This bike does not feel inferior in any way compared to a Peloton Monitoring progress: This does not come up with a fancy screen and automatic monitoring like Peloton, so it is hard to keep track of all your activity - if you are into that sort of a thing. I normally turn on my apple watch and that is good enough for me. Other stuff: This comes up with a HR monitor and a small screen which tells you the distance covered and calories burned. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Bike shoes: I haven't bought a good pair of bike shoes yet and still use my Nikes but does have an option to use the clip-on shoes. The only Con so far: the only issue I have is that one of the pedal sometimes makes a bit of a noise. Not sure if this is structural issue or my inability to put the pedal on correctly. Overall: An excellent bike and gets the job done. if you want something fancy, buy a peloton.
