Delivery was fast and on time for my Insignia minifridge (that wasn't so mini). The team carried it up 5 flights of stairs which I appreciated because they didn't try to be slick and leave it on the 1st floor. I made sure to tip them both as they were hot and sweaty but in good spirit. Thank You.

We have 3 flights of stairs and no elevator so the in home delivery was super helpful! Quick and easy and the drivers called and communicated effectively.

Home delivery was great. They delivered our dishwasher and microwave. They were on time and professional.

My first TV had an issue so I ended up using the home delivery service twice. Notification service is excellent which helps when initial contact shows a wide time window. There is variation on carrier. First crew had straps and were able to carry 85" TV into basement. Second crew hand carried and had some difficulty on the stairs. Overall time from arrival to leaving was less than 10 minutes. I would recommend this service for large items.
