Got this as part of a large TV that I purchased they had great communication during the complete process thanks for the great service

Got to say the installers that came to my house were very professional, they automatically greeted themselves and i walked them to the living room where they were gonna do the installation, they took my old tv off the chimney and they asked me how high i wanted the tv mounted and by the time i knew it they had already mounted new tv on chimney, tie wraped power cables and wiped down tv to make sure there was no finger prints on there, they were very professional and i was also happy on how fast they did it.

First time having a company show up when they say they are. friendly workers and very quick

Home delivery is the best. They come in and know exactly what to do. They are very careful and neat. They put my TV in the exact location without any mess. Excellent job! Very professional.

I scheduled this over a month in advance as they were delivering a Christmas present. The communication was perfect. I received an estimated time of arrival which was then narrowed down via text. I then received a call from the actual people delivering and they arrived exactly when promised. They delivered the package quickly and were friendly and efficient. We did not have them install the item so I can't comment on that part.

I shopped at every store that is a major box store, including Home Depot, Lowe’s and others. I absolutely got the best price for the items that I purchased, which was an LG range a KitchenAid dishwasher and an LG microwave. I have been a member of Best Buy for over 20 years and have always received the best price and service. There is no comparable or competitive organization that can match the efficiency and quality with back up service from geek squad, and two years warranty as a member, I will always cherish my experience with Best Buy in the future.

TV was delivered for free by the Geek Squad. The four guys brought it up 3 flights of stairs (TV was to big for the elevator). They installed the TV. Set it up. Instructed me on how to use it. Refused to accept the tip I offered. Hauled away all the trash. Excellent service.

The delivery was on time and the very friendly staff helped us bring the heavy item to my front door.

The home delivery guys were on point they were actually a lot earlier than I expected. They had no problem contact to me on their way as well as when They are robbed to my complex I live in a 6 story high-rise so they were able to bring the TV all the way up to my floor they slid the TV right into my room I didn't have no problem needing it to get mounted because I was going to do that myself but I appreciate their professionalism there courtesy as well as being early and on time.

We were extremely pleased with the delivery and installation of our new television.

The delivery crew were on-time, gave heads-up call, friendly, and took their time with moving/installation. We heard from friends and family that Best Buy's Home Delivery service has been better for them (relative to competitors), and we found they're right by a long shot.

Reviewing the delivery. The delivery guys were so nice. They were very careful with the fridge & getting it thru the doors without damaging anything. They unpacked & cleaned up all packaging afterwards. There was a small factory dent in the side of one of the doors & they reported it for me, so Bestbuy could get in touch with me about rectifying it. We were very happy with the whole delivery process.

The microwave has all the features I need. The delivery men really worked to get the old one out and make sure the installation was correct. They checked it before they left. I have used it many time since and it's working fine.
